Review 9：Very disappointed in the breakfast selection. There was very little to choose from. Location of the hotel property was further away than anticipated. When we first arrived, my booking was all screwed up and not even listed in my name of which I had made all reservations. There had to be 3 different revisions to my bill cause someone from the day/night before had it wrong. In the end, the young lady handling it was Very helpful and knew exactly what she was doing and got it all straightened out.

Review 13：Name of street where this establishment is located is called Hollywood Blvd. Traveling on route 6 to this place you see a road called Hollywood Road around the 3 mile marker from high way directions we were following. We turned into it thinking the name had been misprinted on our directions. After we turned into the roadway we realized our mistake and turned back.At the junction back to the main road there is a sign with the Hotel name and an arrow pointing the way but you don't see that unless you make the same error we did. Casino/Hotel sign is well lit at the entrance but after that the road winds through tall trees and late at night is not well lit. 3 square-ish pillows on the bed more for looks than usage.No other options in the room. Live ant in the window sill. I killed it. Breakfast was disjointed. The main dining area had breakfast sandwiches,muffins,yogurt and cereal fixings,juice and coffee. No hot water or tea bags. Tables and chairs were in the lobby and there was a microwave,juices and hot beverages hidden away in a corner of the seating space. The breakfast sandwiches were barely warm even though the attendant putting them out told us they were freshly made and was placing them in a hot bulb warming unit. We would have used the microwave to warm them if we had seen it earlier. Hot water and tea bags were available in the corner beverage area only. In the main food area are large windows. While getting a breakfast sandwich I glanced outside through the window and was startled to see a big spider in the corner on a web between the glass and the screen. Also,part of a web was on the inside as well. I was glad that the spider was OUTside but I didn't like that it also had an indoor option.

Review 15：They had the wrong amount charged for the room. Had to let them read my e-mail for them to fix it. Breakfast was terrible. No waffles, oatmeal or yogurt. No fruit unless you went to the front desk to get it. We had to be directed into another room to even find the crappie food. Better variety of food could be served for the money that you spend at their properties.

Review 24：Toilet ran all night. No remote in the room and when reported the replacement remote only partially worked. This was a wedding night gift and not only were they not treated special, they were not even treated as nice as the cost dictated for anyone!

Review 25：The curtains didn't close all the way. We like to sleep in more darkness than light. We got down to breakfast At 9:20, and there was absolutely nothing left. I went to complain as this was our first breakfast together and they were kind enough to bring out more food. The vending machines on each floor were completely empty, so no late night snack for us.

Review 30：well,on arrival check in the king suite decent size room,,,,,proceeded to the casino, shutttle was there to take us less than two minutes,( WONDERFUL),,,drivers were really kind,,,the interior was breath taking,,,the epic room was great and so was the staff as they sung happy birthday to Ariana,,,,,with just one of the best presentation of food that was all you can eat,,,,,but i couldnt finish what my eyes wanted,,,,Great!!!!! we then proceeded to greet more of our family which had free valet parking,,,,as we waited my brother in law and myself enjoyed the stadium sports bar,,,,,with tvs everywhere including the projection that had to be at least 100 x 20 ft......great bar and the live entertainment was also great,,,infact loved it so much came back the next day for the 30cent wings got 30 of them,,,,10 hot,,10 terriyaki and 10 barbecude,,,when then hit the casino for a lil action which was wonderful,,,no complaints whatsoever,,,,family had a pleasant time,,,,and won a lil money,,,,and proceeded back to our room,,,,,jumped in the jaccuzzi,,,,was so comfortable requested another night,,,,,had a very good time,,,,planning to come back soon to try the final cut steakhouse,,,,see you guys soon thanks,,,,,,Deajae...

Review 31：Don't get me wrong, the shuttle service was great, but would be nice if the hotel was connected in some way to the casino (indoor bridge of some sort?). Rooms are not very quiet. You can hear a lot of creaking from the rooms above you.

Review 35：First thing I did not like was finding a piece of plastic in my Ribs & Chicken combo from the sports bar. They did all that could be done and offered a desert on the cheff. I'm just glad I spotted it before I ate my ribs. Regardless, the food was great and cooked to my liking. Second problem was playing one of the machines while pulling the draw bar on the sides the machine door fell and hit my knee. I did what was right and called for service, I also turned down medical and a accident report. I felt it wasn't a big issue to it hitting men to have medical. I should have signed a release form for proper procedure, but I will be honest and let it pass bye.

Review 36：Most of all everything went great. Some thing's I wasn't too happy with, but that won't stop me from coming back. The sports bar had great food and i also enjoyed the band playing. I slept well over night in the hotel. I liked the way everything was organized and properly set up. Couldn't ask for a better place.

Review 37：Everything about my stay was great, so if I hvae to find something that I did not like I guess it would be that the tile floor in the bathroom and sink area was not as clean as it could have been, it was sticky in a couple spots.

My room was not cleaned after first night stay,manager argued with me and said I left the do not disturb sign out whichwas not true. No compensation was offered, really a terrible stay. Review 51：Lamp switches on base did not work, handle on toilet had to be held down for 5 seconds before it would flush, no conditioner in bathroom, blow dryer smelt burnt, worked intermittantly and hotel door had rubber seal at bottom that hung up the door--house keeping didnt ensure my door was closed properly. it was open all day while i was on business.
