Reviews for Hotel Terra Jackson Hole, a Noble House Resort
Review 1:The room itself was tight and small, although the storage drawers in the bed platforms helped with storing the ski/snowboard and boot bags.
Review 2:Evan and Paige at the Concierge desk were very helpful in scheduling our dogsled trip. Loved the rooftop hot tub.
Review 3:Restaurant was so-so; not the best dinner. Rooms can be small, but for 1-2 people they are fine.
Review 4:Location is excellent and the room was very clean. Very short walk to the tram; restaurants, bar & market is very close. Staff was very nice and helpful!!
Review 5:long walk uphill to lifts and they didn't clean the rooms without asking. also ordered champaign and strawberries to be in room on arrival. Not there and they had no record
Review 6:There wasn't anything we didn't like
Review 7:Room had 2 bathrooms, Full kitchen,Seperate bedroom. Fireplace huge Windows to see mountains & resort. Planned out well. Great bed!
Review 8:The villages was mostly closed and the staff provided conflictinginformation. The Tub shower was difficult to operate and the water didnot stay hot. Also being charged for a night we did not use seemsunfair. They claimed it was a Booking .com issue.
Review 9:The loaction was good for accessing the national park
Review 10:The view is obstructed by other buildings and quite expensive for what it is. As with most USA hotels, no proper tea making facilities.
Review 11:The location and the restaurant were exceptional. Very comfortable bed.
Review 12:We were guaranteed a king size bed but did not receive it. We were given two queens instead even though it showed on my confirmation that it was a guaranteed king size bed. They said that Booking.com did not relay that info to them.
Review 13:Excellent and beautiful hotel. Loved the staff
Review 14:The sheets were rough and overworn. We stayed at the hotel before and did not have this problem
Review 15:We love the pool and the playground and the onsite restaurant
Review 16:Small room, poor view, limited light,...you get nothing for$350/night! Not even breakfast. May be because I booked viaBooking.com I was given a bad room?
Review 17:Wall were very thin, beds were just so so comfortable. For the price I shouldn't hear anything and the beds should be amazing!
Review 18:Location, jacuzzi, food, staff was great!
Review 19:You can ski from slopes to hotel but you have to walk from hotel to slopes. Everything in Teton village is extremely expensive.
Review 20:Staff was amazing. Food was great. Spa was a great bonus. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Review 21:Staff werent friendly. Resturant serving in the lobby. Reservation at resturant seem to keep getting push back in time. Very unorganised restaurant.
Review 22:Location & rooms
Review 23:Only minor complaint ...the bed corners are very sharp and if you are not careful ....you will hit them and get a bad bruise...traveling with older parents and both got bruises on their legs moving around their beds
Review 24:After a long day of travel and activities, what an incredible place to end your day! Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff - very friendly and quick to help with any questions-requests. Amazing room, wanted to move in!
Review 25:Room was very small and no balcony. Bed was the whole room. Spa tub was very high up and water adjustments in opposite area where needed.
Review 26:Lots of action though out the area and good location.
Review 27:Uncomfortable bed, stuffy room (had to open windows, which was a little noisy during the day), Cafe Terra for breakfast is ridiculously overpriced (~$10 for a breakfast sandwich) and there isn't much to do in Teton Village itself during the summer.
Review 28:Hotel Terra is conveniently located near the Grand Teton Park entrance. Staff was friendly and room cleanliness was fine. It met our needs, but we'll stay in Jackson next time where there are more restaurants.
Review 29:We reserved a room with 2 queen size beds, we got a closet with a king size bed squeezed into it. Our balcony was barely big enough for one chair and one person but it had a great view of the parking lot. All and all, not a great value for the price.
Review 30:It was clean and modern. The staff was upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable.
Review 31:My only complaint was the hotel sign was too small. After driving 10+ hours, we had a hard time finding it but once we did, it was an amazing hotel.
Review 32:We loved our entire experience during our stay in Teton Village. The front staff recommended a great restaurant, which was superb and our room was cozy and clean. We loved the GREENNESS to the hotel and could tell it tries to conserve water and the planet. Great job for recommending this hotel. Will definitely stay there again.
Review 33:Cost was about $280/night for which we got a view of the Hostel roof next door. We were put into a handicapped room the had no tub and a flat floor for the shower that allowed the bathroom floor to get wet when using the shower. The room was very small and awkwardly shaped with no place to open a suitcase. Price of room was to high for the room we were put in.
Review 34:Quiet Good Bed Hotel Staff Beautiful Hotel
Review 35:The concierge staff arranged dinner reservations, a guided kayak trip to Slide Lake and a private guided hike to Jackson Peak. The recommendations and follow up were fabulous. The Urban Studio is my favorite room as it is an excellent layout for a solo traveller who wants a kitchen.
Review 36:by far too expensive, we have had a house for approx 1000.- € per day, but no cleaning of the room!!! even when You ask for it You dont get it. Barbecue grill not working and nobody there who can help even if You ask for it!!
Review 37:Excellent front desk service! - After two days of driving we arrived tired and ready to retire to a nice room. At check in we discovered we were booked for one King bed standard room. There are four of us, with two teenagers, so this would not work. Our confirmation from Booking.com stated two double beds. Hotel Terra does not have any double bed rooms. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and professional and after quickly checking to make sure he had accomodations that would solve our problem moved us to a beautiful suite with a pull out sofa bed for our teens. His excellent service turned what could have been a great disappointment to a "wow!" moment when we entered our suite. He was also very helpful when we asked about hiking trails in GTNP and the best route to Downtown Jackson Hole. This is a beautiful property with Hotel Terra being the shining star.
Review 38:Room was very small.
Review 39:The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us to and from the airport.
Review 40:Poor TV selection. Coffee pot didn't work.
Review 41:Location
Review 42:A bit expensive

Review 45:The price is too expensive.

Review 51:The room was very new, clean, and nice. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. The location is great if you want to be in Teton Village.
Review 52:Really enjoyed being out of the main madness. But super easy 15 minute drive into town. If you wanted, you never HAD to go to town.
Review 53:The Jacuzzi tub was great!
Review 54:the rooms are decorated too dark, which makes them seem smaller
Review 55:upscale feel
Review 56:Location!!
Review 57:restaurant Osteria in the hotel was AMAZING!
Review 58:Loved all of the fun activities at Teton Village, free concerts, hiking, the tram ride etc
Review 59:Bathroom lighting heating air system size of room
Review 60:view
Review 61:Have been there before but it was nice to be greeted as an old friend. Ie welcome back...
Review 62:We were woke up early both mornings by the front desk wanting us to let the electrician in to check the fuse box because of a fan not working in the room next door. Everything was very expensive. The hotel is located at the foot of the Tetons so the view of the Tetons was obstructed by the hotel behind us. We complained about the electricians being in and out of our room during our stay and them waking us up at 7:30 a.m. to let them in but all we got was an apology. Will not stay here again.
Review 63:The suite was very nice and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.
Review 64:wifi could be easier
Review 65:awesome location, style, service. free parking, well appointed room- very happy at the Terra, glad I didn't spring for the Four Seasons!
Review 66:The room is not condusive for doing computer work or doing work at the small desk. The TV is on the wall which makes it hard to watch while at the desk as well as the TV having picture problems freezing. I also did not like the fact that the gym didnt open until 6 am.
Review 67:The room was decorated very nicely and was clean. I also like the location.
Review 68:I did not like that I was given a two queen bed when I wasn't given theoption to choose. The front desk tried to accommodate my request andoffered me a king bed, but have to wait a few hours which was fine. Whenthe front desk called and told me our upgraded room was ready with aking bed, We checked into the room and settled down. Later that evening, when we pulled down the Murphy bed, we found out it was still a queenbed. So we got "upgraded" from a two queen bed to a one queen bed!Didn't make sense but was too late in the evening to make any changes. When I checked out at the front desk and told the lady about thesituation, she was speechless. I don't blame her.
Review 69:I like that check out time was at noon. I like the Bose stereo tv setup.I like the decor and the balcony. I like how we were greeted at thefront desk.
Review 70:This is minor but our room faced the wall of the adjacent building.
Review 71:The facility was as advertised and the staff was outstanding -courteous, friendly and eager to please.
Review 72:Restaurants are a bit pricey.
Review 73:Everything.
Review 74:Friendly staff, cosy rooms. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel!
Review 75:best service ever! everything is perfect. cannot say enough good words about this hotel.
Review 76:Room was a little small and not enough light inside.
Review 77:Nice bathroom and good location.
Review 78:all the staff i worked with were pleasant and attentive to meet needs. they were knowledgable of the area, events and activity options in the area
Review 79:Staff were superb - friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was great and plenty to do nearby
Review 80:The room, the staff, the restaurants, the location, the two hot tubs, the people at the Village, the Mountain.
Review 81:good facilities,friendly staff.
Review 82:Everything
