Review 1：dark and rainy night, strangers to Gainsville. hard to find. greeted by a surly man who didn't tell that there was a ramp to make entry easy. hostess too busy setting up drinks and things to be pleasant. Enough?
Review 2：It was a Nice & Quiet Place to Relax! We Thoroughly Enjoyed the Jacuzzi! The Breakfast was Amazing & Very Comfortable Bed & Loved the Nice Atmosphere of Mae's Cottage! Definitely Highly Recommend!

Review 4：at checkin we were welcomed with such a warm staffer. We were given information as to our room, grounds and breakfast. We were there to attend a wedding that was catered there. We never had to leave the area. The wedding area, reception area and food was superb. Our room was spic and span. You felt as if you were in a friends' home. We have stayed in Bed and Breakfast all over the world and must say this was by far the nicest, cleanest with the most wonderful staff. The breakfast was gourmet and was wonderful. The grounds were beautifully kept and everything was clean. I could so live there.
Review 5：Would have appreciated knowing where to park prior to pulling in to the office. Although it was only a minor inconvenience, after driving 7+ hours in 24 hours, when I got out of my car I did not want to have to get back in it, and have to make two you turns on a busy street to get back to the driveway right before the one I had pulled into. I did suggest they send out emails to folks one day prior to their reservations for where to park based on the rooms they have reserved.
Review 6：Beautiful Victorian homes restored to accommodate visitors. My stay was short but sweet. Lovely grounds, friendly staff.
Review 7：I don't like when people assume that I am going rob their towels. In the bathroom was a sign saying, if any towels are gone the guests would be charged $10.
Review 8：It's like travelling back in time.. no doubt a quaint house, but maybe a bit too oldy worldy for some. Admittedly, there seemed to be hardly any other guests, therefore the house was extremely quiet and felt like being in a museum. But, for one night, yes, it was a nice experience.
Review 9：Walked from cottage to breakfast without ticket but with Key.Told to return to get ticket as it was in wife's purse. Walked back and retrieved both tickets. Gave both to sweet lady in kitchen. Told I needed to give a description of her clothing? She wasn't dressed. Rules (printed warnings re charges for this and that) crush welcome feeling so desired in a B & B

Review 15：Our room was very close to the kitchen and it got a bit loud at 7:30 am...I dont recall if there was a mention of the proximity of the room to the kitchen, but it wasnt a big deal. We loved staying at Sweetwater!
