Review 1：We came in for my son's graduation. The hotel was in a great location, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was up to date and we could bring our small dog. We couldn't have asked for more.

Review 2：Water pressure in shower could have been better.

Review 3：Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated in a northwoods theme. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub area.

Review 4：People at check in desk were not very friendly, told us nothing about the hotel or where anything was. We finally found the bar there was no music and the tv was off, not very inviting. Tried to find the pool and it was like it was hidden, no signage to help find anything.

Review 6：When I arrived desk clerk asked for my credit card. I had reserved online with my card. She proceeded to swipe it several times and then told me it was declined. I knew that was nor so and called it was declined bc she swiped so many timesand there was already a pending auth. # which my card co. Gave her. Manager Jessica came and was very rude saying card was declined and she needed some form of payment and wouldnt accept auth #. Called card company back resolved ussue. No apology just rudely told clerk thats what happens when you swipe cards four times. The lobby was full the entire time and I was so humiluated. I will never stay there again.

Review 7：The decor and the atmosphere was wonderful.. The pool was amazing! Rooms were clean and no funny smells like some hotels.. Loved this place.. Can't wait to stay at another one of their hotels!

Review 8：Our room smelled of mildew very strong smelling. We had noisy guests above us. 1 am was the last loud bangs were heard and woke up to 7 am stomping and banging. We did not have a good nights rest at all. Breakfast was ok but most offerings were mostly all carbs, wish proteins were offered as well. Orange juice had a funny taste, threw it out as it was not good to drink.

Review 16：My guests were charged for their rooms when I had paid for them already.I had to resolve this with staff that were uncooperative. The manager stepped in and remediated a solution. I think better front desk training would be advantagous.

Review 20：Our reservation for the 2nd night was cancelled. We had two rooms. One for 1 night and one for two nights. When going to check in to the 2nd room for the single night, the room was cancelled and the hotel was sold out.

Review 21：We paid full rate, only to get a room with FULL size beds, not even queens, in a room so small the mini fridge would only open halfway because the bed was so close to it. There was no club chair in the room, and when we asked for one to be brought to the room, the delivered a metal conference room chair. We finally got the manager to bring one up, but it barely fit in the corner. We paid $179 a night for a room that was tiny, had tiny beds, and wasn't fully furnished. It was a nice atmosphere and clean, but there are MUCH better values for your money. I would only stay here as a last resort.
