Review 1：Sheets were worn and full of holes. Was very glad I packed my own "just in case". Had to practically beg for towels. Room had that OLD hotel smell. The overall clientele looked shady. The tub and sink was extremely slow to drain. So in the shower you were standing in ankel deep water. Was very glad it was only for one night.

Review 3：our toilet seat was broken,but staff fixed it immediately. The bathroom toilet and walls were dirty. There were no fitted sheets so sheets moved and we ended up sleeping on plastic. The covers had hole and were very uncomfortable.

Review 5：We booked two rooms. When we checked in we were given rooms 125 and 128. Went to room 125 first. Nice room. Everything perfect. Went to room 128 and the room stunk really bad. We then went to the front desk and said we wanted to cancel room 128 and my friend and I would just share 125. They said they would refund the price of 128 to my card. Today I got an email from booking.com saying we were a no show. I explained the above to booking.com. I do hope this is resolved. As I am not about to be charged a no show fee...when we showed and one room was horrible. Now for the room we stayed in...it was clean. Smelled fresh. Older tv..no big deal there. The beds were ok. Not great but not bad either. However, the pillows were not good at all. They were old and flat as a board and not comfortable. I will now always travel with my own personal pillows. Don't want to experience a bad pillow again. On the morning of our stay we were awaken by a man yelling at someone. By the accent and direction of the yelling I am assuming it was one of the owners. That is not a great way to be awoken especially when on vacation......So it's not the worst place in the world and neither the best. It was ok for one night...couldn't have stood two nights there.

Review 8：My stay at the Western Motel was enjoyable. When I had problems connecting to the internet, the staff came to my room and helped connect. Everyone was cordial and willing to help. The area was quiet and it was easy to get a good nights sleep. The room was good size with two beds, and had microwave and fridge to keep food cool and heat a snack as necessary. This was a good motel that was located very close to my conference. It's location near the interstate is ideal.
Review 9：The customer service was horrible...I complained that the AC was not working at least 5 times. I was literately sweating the whole time i was in the room. They came by and looked and did nothing to the AC and didn't even offer me to switch to another room. Very angry and will never stay here again!!

Review 11：The grounds were filthy the pool area was filthy with debris could not reach anyone on the phone office was vacant most of the time. The room was not cool enough. No coffee pot in room and none was ever made in office. Said continental breakfast but never had any couldn't find anyone to ask.

Review 13：The room was stifling hot, the a/c barely cooled the room off after 6 hours, there was a bug in the room, the microwave had a broken knob, it took 15 minutes just to check in because the guy was laying down, and when I went to get the wifi password and a do not disturb sign ( wifi password wasn't offered at check in and do not disturb sign was not even located in the room) it took several minutes to be waited on and when I was they had just pulled up and gotten out of the car. Not the way I would run a business.

Review 49：The man at the front desk was very rude to me and hung up on me when Icalled to tell him the a/c wasn't working well. The freebreakfast was a joke, nothing but small powdered doughnuts. And it saidit ends at 9 but everything was put away by 8:30. I had to ask her tomake me coffee but she did without hesitation.

Also no apology when he saw I was waiting there frustrated because I couldn't check out. Would never go back would never recommend to any one. Yes it was cheap but I'll pay more next time. Also said breakfast was included but the only thing we saw was coffee and a big muffin display case with 2 muffins...
