Review 1：Pillows were too soft for my husband. However staff very helpful. Car parking difficult and a little expensive. Overall enjoyed stay and will use again.

Review 5：We booked the hotel for values online two weeks before we could check in order to assure us a good room. Two days before informs we that there is a party for 800 people and want to move us. Well when we arrive was not my name in the booking sytem as a client but they found my girlfriend luckily! We then offered a room on the first floor facing the inner courtyard! :( So we want to cancel to take another hotel. But suddenly there was room to add to the class we expected. Very hassles for nothing !!

Review 8：My train was late, and it was a great relief to arrive in this hotel where the reception and restaurant staff was welcoming and accommodating, even at 23:00. The comfortable rooms have a spectacular view of the river and the Kloster.

Review 41：They do not know exactly what 4 star star means. They do not clean, cleaning the room is = make the bed. The room is place just over the restaurant kitchen. The room smelt as a MacDonald's kitchen. When I said it to them, they said that they'll check. Next day they said that it did not smell went they were there The breakfast is a chaos, food fall on the floor. I fell because of that. They even did not asked if I was ok? I asked then to clean the floor to avoid this problem but they never did it I forgot my tel charger mailed them to ask them about the possibility to send it to me. They never answered.
