Review 1：The staff were awesome and I cant believe I am even saying this sentence - even the buffet was delicious and we are foodies! The spa was great, the villa very well appointed, the pool, beach and other facilities were excellent. Special mentions to Dung from guest relations who went above and beyond to help my wife out with many phone calls to find her lost necklace and once found - even traveled to the mainland to pick it up for us. Other special mentions go to Le Thuy, Quoc Coung and Hguyen Bui Nhat from dining who were attentive, hard working and friendly; Trinh, Mai, Ly and Dung from the spa who are awesome masseurs and all the lifesavers around the pool - I've never seen such attentive and aware safety in Asia. Brett the manager (who gave me a beer by the pool) must be doing a great job because the place is seamlessly awesome! We thoroughly recommend Vinpearl Luxury.

Review 7：Some rules are not very convenient, for instance I was requested to take 2 rooms for kids separate due to the hotel policy. However, good thing my request to keep us in one room was satisfied.
