Review 2：Check in was quick and easy as was check out. The room was large, warm and comfortable. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast. The hotel is easy to find being right on the main road. The are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby.

Review 3：On my first night there, I asked the person at the front desk if she had a list of restaurants, and she said no. She also said there was not one in my room, but there was! There were at least five restaurants within about a half mile of the hotel. I saw them the next day, she did not even mention them.

Review 5：Elevator up 3 floors was always. I walked up the stairs after that first trip up to save time. The receptionist said someone had been called to fix it.

When we arrived the room we got was NOT what we had reserved.When we went to the front desk to show them our conformation email with the correct room all the woman said was "huh, that's weird. Sorry. There are no other rooms" Once we setteled in our room we noiced the shower had not been cleaned and there was a half used bar of soap and shampoo in it . Further more, we had NO towels or coffee "unless you count the used on in the coffee maker" and there was trash in the room. To make matters worse when we called the front desk with these issues they sent someone up with new towels and coffee and when we.went to put the towels on the rack in the bathroom it fell off the wall and the man that brought them was UN suprised by this and was like "Oh the towel rack? Ya it does that" but to top it off , no one came to take care of the bathroom so we had to take care of some strangers used soap ourselves! We were so excited to stay here for Valentine's day. It was our first night away from our three children since we had our youngest a year ago and it was disappointment after disappointment! Don't waist your time or money!

Review 14：Tanya at check-in, Melissa, Lee-anne, and of course Bob. All the young men who shoveled the snow and plowed the parking lots and sidewalks. The housekeeping staff (men and women) who kept the lobby looking so nice and the staff in the dining room each morning. Everyone worked together so well and did such a great job. It was very nice. Thank you.

Review 25：The reception desk was staffed spasmodically, I hate eating with plastic cutlery and using Coffee Mate sachets. There were insufficient towel rails. The room upkeep was barely average, and the fridge rattled all night. The staff appeared to be little interested in their work. I will no be back.

Review 27：my room was not cleaned once during my three day stay. Bed was never made up once, sheets were never changed. Soap and toiletries are not good quality and were not replaced once they were used during my entire stay. Pet clean-up bags should be provided near the entrance and exit doors to encourage pet owners to clean after their pets. Side doors and back door entrance and exits were not locked or secure to prevent uninvited or unwelcome persons from entering the premises.

Review 28：room was clean upon my initial arrival. Entire hotel is smoke free. Even though I am a smoker, I liked that the hotel did not smell like an ashtray. I liked that they are pet friendly. The coffee and continental breakfast was adequate and it met my expectations.

Review 29：The staff was very nice. The room was wonderful - very clean, comfortable, it had everything we needed. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Free wifi, laundry, breakfast. We were completely satisfied.

Review 33：This Hotel was a 5-8 min drive from downtown Brunswick. The staff was very attentive and helpful. A very nice continental breakfast. A very comfortable enjoyable experience.

Review 34：We arrived around 10 pm, nobody at the reception desk, girl arrived after 10 minutes without apologizing, wearing a stained T-shirt and welcoming us in a rather impolite manner. I had asked for a quiet room, but received one next to an extremely noisy ice-machine. The next morning I presented my complaints in writing to yet another unpleasant girl who didn't even read them, let alone comment on them or asked me if everything was OK. The room was not very clean, two half-empty bottles of the house shampoo/body wash were left in the bathtub, probably by the previous occupants. All in all, I would certainly not advise to stay there.

Review 36：Manager was rude. Bed was hard. Had a room two doors down from the lobby could hear everything. Finally got sick of extremely loud group in lobby and called the front desk at 11:45 pm. They could be heard over the TV! Buffet was a mess at one point was told they were under staffed. We were overcharged for the room. When I showed the manager my reservation she had no idea and it didn't seem to bother her. Overall we were very disappointed with the whole experience.

Review 96：I found everything to be neat and clean. No odors that you sometimes get, musty or moldy. The bathroom was spotless, which is one of my pet peeves. Very accommodating, had booked a double queen because we had our 4 yr old granddaughter and they gave us a king with a roll out cot for the same price. Would stay again

Especially nice at 6am when the dog just wants to go out to pee. Also across the street is a mall so if you forgot anything its right there.
