Review 1：room was cold. unit seemed to not function properly. no temperature gauge. could not tell if the heat was going up on request. had to get up at 3 am and get blankets. took a while - not a good nights sleep

Review 2：There was no extra roll of toilet paper in the room, which we needed. It seemed like maybe some updates needed to be done. The elevator was making some noises like an old elevator would make.

Review 4：Bed were super comfy! Loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the shower, instead of having to battle with packets and lids with wet hands! Didn't get to avail of the free drinks and snacks, but the idea was much appreciated.

Review 5：The hotel was full of several youth sports teams for the Show-Me state games which is great, but we were unable to take full advantage of the early evening amenities because of the crowd.

Review 9：The two things that I liked most is the happy hour which included 3 draft beers each night and an array of my favorite foods which served as dinner two nights--hot dogs, nachos & cheese, salad, chicken fingers, etc. I also liked that they had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner pump dispensers attached to the wall in the shower instead of those annoying little trial size bottles.

Review 12：I would like it a little nearer town as we had no car for a few days. Taxis are on the expensive side but other than that I have no complaints about the nice friendly staff and it wasn't put on in any way. They were genuinely nice and very helpful.

Review 13：Everything, especially the staff. Not just at Reception, but everyone was no nice and friendly, and helpful. It makes such a difference. They had a sort of meet and greet Reception with food and drinks every evening for an hour and a half and that was cool and unusual.

Review 85：Beds were smaller than expected. Pillows were uncomfortable. Thermostat didn't seem consistent with temperature in the room. Air conditioner was loud, sounded like a diswasher or clothes washer.

Review 87：While I was there it snowed and my car was encrusted with snow and ice. The car was a rental and did not come with a snow brush to remove the snow. I ended up using a charge card which worked but was labor intensive.

Review 88：Regarding the same incident about the snow and ice, while I was removing the snow and ice I had started up the car, while I was busy, the car door locked my out. So here I am with the motor running and all my things inside the locked car. The manager Marisa and Deb(?) went above and beyond to try to unlock the car. After an hour of scrapping and trying to unlock the door and engaging the help of many people something worked and I was able to go on my way. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
