Review 1：No tea or coffee making facility. Food very poor.Ala carte restaurants closed. They do not cater for British, 90% German or Russian

Review 3：The location is extreamly isolated as its not near any towns, resteraunts or bars. The Staff are extreamly grumpy and make you feel uncomfortable (excluding the animation team which are great) . The beach is very stoney and not nice to walk on.
Review 4：The hotel is immaculate, the facilities are brilliant and the availability for food and drink Is great. The pool is big and has plenty of sun loungers.
Review 5：All swimming pool water is cold ! Children's pool also !!! Dinner time is hard to find a free table, the hotel staff totally not care about it.

Review 9：This hotel is for russians only. Our guess is that 90% of all guests was russians, and lot of staff are russians and all speak very bad english. Buffet restaurant is very crowed, and food is not very good (as per western european standard). Staff is unfriendly, only few persons in reception was very nice. Very long lines when icecream etc. was served on limited times during the day. Music is VERY loud untill 1-2 every night, which made falling a sleep very difficult. We where informed that there was 3 ala carte restaurants, but that was not the case, there was one, that just changed from day to day, and with very limited menu, that you had to select days before you wanted to visit. WIFI was extremely bad. In our general opinion this is an outdated hotel, that we will not recommend.
Review 10：Nice poolarea, and the shave you can get with the hotel barber. We got upgrade to larger room.
