Review 1：Very old building; needs repair and reconstruction; feels like in soviet sanatorium; it's clean in rooms but the door was damaged; food - you can have HB and remain hungry as far as food can be tasteless; due to the fact that there were mostly russian tourists - the queue to each dish may take several minutes; the place where you eat is like a waiting point at a railway station - too mane people, all running around the plates

Review 3：Room are really small and not adequate for 4 stars hotel. It was not possible to add two kid cots in our room. Also cleaning was not perfect. Swimming pool is a bit small for such a big hotel. Missing of adequate space for kids up to 3-4 years, no playground in hotel.

Review 4：Really great food, variety options for all three meals. Its very warm during a winter, very kind staff that are willing to help you anytime. Halls are wide and great for spending time during cold days. Overall its was great!

Review 5：starting to get shabby the carpets badly need replacing. Hallways in the side wings echoed like crazy so it can get noisy. No toilet paper in our room, the night clerk wanted us to come down and get a roll if he could find any???? Staff smoking in the shops in the hotel. The spa employees could use more training on how to act in front of customers and should realize that they are NOT the only ones who speak multiple languages and are thus understood while gossiping. Wifi was free but spotty.

Review 6：the Outside of the hotel is beautiful, the day staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was Great the dinner wasn't bad either especially the salad bar and the wait staff were great. The bed and pillows were comfy and clean. The café staff and food were really good to. Oh and the garden was pretty. Free parking!

Review 10：We liked peaceful location in the middle of nature, professional staff in the hotel and in the Medical centre. It is very comfortable that the hotel is connected to the Madical centre by the underground corridors.

Review 48：I did' t like the indoor swimming pool - it is small and the air is quite close due to poor ventilation. Also, it would be great if the hotel had tea/coffee facilities in room.

Review 49：The location is very convenient - in the Central Park, next to the medical center. The building of the hotel is exceptionally beautiful. Food is tasty, although the selection of dishes is not very big. Wifi works very well. The hotel has very good Turkish bath (hammam) with herbs.

Review 50：The food was average. We had half-board with breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was the same each morning with a buffet with the basic expected breakfast choices. Oftentimes if it was a busy part of the morning, there were breaks in the quantity of food available. The coffee quality and service by the waiter/staff was terrible. I don't think they have enough machines making coffee and they want to serve you coffee versus leaving a pot of coffee with you to serve yourself. Once you have a cup of coffee, many minutes tend to go by before you get a refill. Overall, the system in the restaurant needs to be redone as it seems as though they have enough staff and the staff are busy -- but the service is just spotty.

The VIP wellcome presents were missing - at check out, an explanation: "Booking.com promised, but we are losing money"... Review 60：No proper internet access, e-mails were loaded for 0,5 hour; there is nomassage - whenever you want to do it during the first day of stay - ithas never been available; pedicure - the same. If there is a demand - itshould be a supply. There is no motivation for the employees - they arenot interested that you want to do it - it is the weakest point. If youwant - as a consultant I can introduce a motivation based on performanceindicators scheeme which is called Motivation Map - you will notice thatthe profit will double then. The last thing - I ordered two gibanicasand coffee for me and the friend - it was simply a terrible taste - notfresh, and completely terrible - without ingredients required (onlyskuta and apples) - and as we were told it was "a yesterdaygibantsa"

Review 61：I like water - 1. Donat (but it should be clarifications how better todrink it), 2.Turkish sauna/waterpools and 3. breakfast that suggesta variety of dishes. I have to tell as well that the receptionists werehelpful and nice people. The concert was great - I should say, we camejust because of the concert that our friends were doing, and because theprice of the hotel was reduced for this night - I paid 101 euro for 2people, - this is a fair price - and I think it is a maximum possibleprice - for a small room and no proper internet and services suggested -and without any educational explanations, no disco, no massages, nopedicures, no manicures - come on, this is the only way for you to earnand for us - to get services - and where are they???. For the pricesthat are written - 187 euro - I am surprised who would buy the services,- only Russian tourists (but paying this price, - why the servicessuggested are so poor? - no massages available, no pedicures, nomanicures, nothing except sauna). The concert was great!

Review 62：Suite reservation was misleading. It did not specify view to park asopposed to Forest. No light for reading. Wi-fi was sporadic. Dinner atthe Restaurant was buffet, no ala carte. Breakfast was verygood.Parking was ok, but not great. Overall, we did not feel the hotelqualified for the rating. It had a lot of shortcomings. Most impressivewas its façade.
