Review 1：Nothing.

Review 2：The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. The room was stylish and clean. The front desk clerk arranged for a room quickly so we wouldn't miss an early dinner reservation.

Review 3：Housekeeper game in and did not lock Told him I was in bathroom and my12 y/o son was getting dressed to come back later.. He did not seemto get it. I yelled from the bathroom and even opened the door to yellat him again and her finally left. I am not sure what happened but wasvery disturbing having my 12 y/o son in the room.

Review 4：The rooms were VERY tiny. The bathroom was a little small and the comfort of the beds were horrible!

Review 7：Leroy helped us with our luggage and was a true gentleman. Loved his smile and his sincerity. Front desk was also excellent. Everyone we came across was friendly to our dog. Except another visitor's bulldog.

Review 10：They were good with pets but there's nowhere for them to potty outside. You have to walk 3 blocks in a not so nice area for any grass. Also, for being so upscale the beds were not comfortable. Plus, there's no hot tub by the pool :(

Review 12：Scheduled breakfast. It never arrived. Hotel said they didn't have what was reserved, two beds. Said they were all booked and only had one bed. Then magically "found" a room with two beds.

Review 15：The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival they were unable to find our reservation that had been booked through booking.com. They were very nice and assured me they would get us a room in which they did.

Review 16：There was a stain on bed sheets. I called and they said they'd send someone up right away and we did not need to stay there for them to change sheets. We returned hours later and our door was open. Nothing appeared to be missing so I'm assuming housekeeping left it open. Soap residue in corners of soap holder

Review 18：No bad experience, but the bathroom was tight quarters, even for one person. The pool was cold, and had no shallow end, so little ones were unable to go into the water (unless they stood with their heads underwater or an adult held them).

Review 19：Staff was pleasant, front desk went out of their way to help us find our driving directions. Hostess at the restaurant was sweet and very helpful in choosing food for my 5-year-old grandson.

Review 20：This is my second time staying at this hotel, and this is the second time ether have charged me for two nights instead of just one! They also gave my room away because I was not there at 4pm on the dot to check in.

Review 21：The beds were smaller than I expected and really weren't very comfortable. And I was truly surprised for the price that, at the very least, a continental breakfast isn't provided. I will probably stay somewhere else on my next visit.

Review 23：I was there for a conference, hotel was nice. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated the website said there was a refrigerator in the room. The sign on the refrigerator said that it was not suitable for medication with a temp between 40 and 50 degrees. Think goodness I had the foresight to bring bottles of frozen water. Took an hour to get my car after the conference.

Review 25：My room was filthy. Trash in the bathroom when I arrived, ripped sheets, blood on the shower curtain, broke curtains, dirty window, dusty desk, and the list goes on. When I talked to the manager he said he couldn't do anything unless I had mentioned it when I first arrived so I could have moved rooms. I was in a business meeting until 10pm so there was no way for me to contact anyone until I was finished. I was entirely dissatisfied with my stay.

Review 28：We booked our room in August. Upon arrival at 5pm we were told we did not have a room yet and they were not sure when one was available. We were in town for my fiances Christmas gift of a football game. We had to change our travel clothes in the lobby bathrooms and leave our bag with personal belongings with staff. We did not have a room until 12am and departed at 10am. No attempted compensation was made nor apologies made. We paid almost $200 to have a bed for about 9 hours. I and my fiancé are extremely upset.

Review 30：Our bathroom was TINY. The bathroom door had a half inch of clearance from opening into the toilet. The layout of our room was horrible, the hallway behind the door was very narrow leading to a narrow entry between a dresser and a wall to the rest of the room. We were also lucky enough to be placed directly beside the stairwell which had a very heavy door. We were woken up 4 times in the middle of the night because of people going down the stairs and the door slamming shut behind them. To top it all off, they charged my credit card twice and it was a HASSLE to get them to remove one of the charges. Resulting in my account being overdrafted and almost $100 in fees. I manage my money very wisely and know exactly how much money I have to spend from my spending account. So this irritated me beyond belief. I will not be staying here again, and I will tell my friends to steer clear as well.
