Review 1：We took our swim suits to utilize the indoor poor. Sufficient size to be active, but the noise from the pool pump area was awfully loud. We cut short our time in the pool because of the loudness.

Review 2：The rooms were spacious and a family of four could be comfortable in the amount of space available.

Review 3：The people at the desk were crazy. I was to be assigned a 2nd floor room. Clerk decided...no, won't work...dirty (@ 4:30!!). Gave me room 320. Went to room dirty, bed torn uo, trash all over. Back to desk, clerk 1 says to clerk 2...3rd floor is completely ready. I noted the story about 321. Told to try 320...finally!

Review 4：Size of room, quality of bed.

Review 5：Not a big-time negative given they had sufficient availability, but the hotel did not have my Booking.com reservation so they need to be more diligent in updating their reservation bookings through 3rd party sites such as Booking.com. I would recommend calling them ahead of time to ensure that they have your reservation. Also ask for a room on the north side of the hotel as you can hear the traffic on I-70 in the south side rooms.

Review 6：The friendly staff had coffee and breakfast available at 5:30 am (stated time was 6 am) which helped give me an early start to my days there, so that was really great. The location is literally less than one minute from I-70 and couldn't be easier to access to and from the highway. Easy also to drive downtown from this location to dine.

Review 7：Room had musty smell. Indictions of wall repair in room, especially shower. Room was designed for 2 regular size beds. 2 queens had been squeezed into room, leaving a very limited amount of room to maneuver. Not sure how cleaning staff makes beds. Elevator extremely slow.

Review 9：The staff stored our bike and luggage for several days and were very friendly. Lovely, clean hotel, good breakfast, coffee, tea and cocoa available 24/7. Very large room with great beds, linens and fast wifi. Guest laundry on 2nd floor and pool make this a great stop for katy trail riders.

Review 13：The rooms were clean, restocked of coffee, tea and bathing supplies daily. I have been to many hotels only the first day all are provided but at this comfort suites all three days every thing was restocked, it was nice not to have to call the front desk asking for repleshment.

Review 14：The card on the bed had teeth marks, the batteries to the tv remote were taped in, the pool area was gross and breakfast was pretty bad.

Review 16：The comp breakfast. At 8:20 a.m. there were no eggs or sausage, the line for the waffle iron had 6 people waiting. We had to wait 30 minutes for eggs that were undercooked and cold. The muffins were stale. It was disappointing.

Review 24：I loved having a separate living and sleeping area, both of which were comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a great set up, especially the shower which was extra wide. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and fresh each morning, and the staff was all very friendly.

When me and my son and his girl friend arrived, the counter person on duty told us that one of the 2 rooms I booked was given to another person. they had to give us another room (after listening to some off the wall explaination of what happen. The man said he would fix the problem as far as the credit card issues were concerned. There is so much more to explain, but I don't have enough characters left. So lets just say it was awful expierence. Harry

Review 26：The location was good, made it easy to get around town. The service in the breakfast room was good, but the food was just average.
