Review 1：Room had construction grime on some of the furniture. You had to ask to have lights turned on in the pool area and to have the hot tub turned on.

Review 3：VERY, VERY, VERY DIRTY. Nothing was clean, it looked like the had only changed trash and towels all month, and management made excuses as to why. No HBO as advertised, cheap breakfast, cheap motel, would have preferred to pay more for a clean non stinky place.

Review 5：There were german roaches in our room and they were everywhere. Istopped counting at 25. There was a medical pill sitting in the chair inplain sight. And the sheets were filthy. We left in 5 minutes and theattendant gave us problems because we checked in at 8pm and left thefacility without looking at our rooms and came back at 10pm to sleep andfound all this so when we tried to get our money back we were passed thepolicied 10 minute window for refunds by almost 2 hours.

Review 7：Found it rundown with cobwebs around conditioning unit, unit loose from the wall. In the morning toilet would not flush, sink and tub drained slow. Food not up to par.

Review 11：The property was very run down looking. There was a very large broken & rusty ice machine right outside our door that looked like it was too heavy to carry out and has been sitting there for years. The room was super stinky-so much so every time you would walk in you would say "PU". There was a pool & hot tub, however, there were probably 50 people there & kids non-supervised. (incuding a dozen in the hot tub) The breakfast was too scary to eat from-the rolls offered were cut into half & the coffee was empty at 8:30am, and not refilled. There is no business center (or no guest computer access). This hotel reminded our family of the rentals we might get at the lake. The thing is, we were not at a lake. Ewww

Review 13：It was the worst experience ever. But that's what we get for waiting til the last minute to book our rooms. We found a cockroach in our room , we also didn't have towels. The lamps in the room didn't work and in one of the picture frame that was hanging from 1 of the beds it look like it had something on it. Like if someone had a wild night in that room. And the maid didn't clean it. When we complained. They said the maid would be right up but she never showed up. Over all it sucked.

Review 24：Our 6th floor room had brown streaks going down the wall where the ceiling had leaked. the picture hanging on the wall was water damaged. COntinental breakfast was minimal. Cleanliness questionable. Elevator didn't work one day and had to take 6 flights of stairs.

Review 28：The toilet didn't flush (fixed it myself) and rocked horribly on the floor. It was a room for 4 but towels enough for 2 and the ones we had were like using sandpaper. The indoor pool is the size of a hotel room and the breakfast had nothing healthy - no boiled eggs, yogurts or fruit.

Review 30：First it's in a ally the Perkins restaurant they advertise is out of business. The hotel is located on a freeway on and off ramp. The pool was only 4 ft and didn't look good at all. The room was small it had a dated microwave, refrigerator one table one chair, the towels were stained, the tub had been patched up there was no water pressure, housekeeping didn't take out all our trash and only left one set of towels when there were two of us. It had a cereal breakfast bar no hot stuff except the waffles and a toaster for toast only apple juice and watery coffee. Somebody knock on our door at 2 in the morning, people were in the parking lot all night. The staff was nice.

Review 32：I needed another pillow because they were very flat. Had to wait all day for it, and asked 3 times for one. Only 3 jets worked in the hot tub which also had a ring around it! The whole building stunk of cig smoke! YUK!!!

Review 33：They didn't offer any sort of discount or compensation when I told them how many things were broken, or not working in our room. Also the breakfast was terrible, we left and spent $20+ at a near by McDonalds.

Review 35：This place is outdated and dirty. The first room we were to stay in had a dirty microwave and fridge.the mirror's had yellow sticky stuff running down them and only one light worked. The hallways smelled of marijuana. The pool was so dirty. I was booked to stay two nights and only spent one

Review 45：Even with a non-smoking room, the sheets still smelled smokey. One bed didn't have a blanket, the tv remote didn't work, only two towels for 3 adults and 4 kids, and when asked for other pillows we were told they don't have any. They did bring two other pillows the next night, but our room wasn't cleaned at a convenient time for us. The indoor pool, although it's suppose to be heated and opend up at 8 a.m., the first day they didn't even turn the heater on for the pool until after 11 a.m. The second day it wasn't much warmer, and the hot tub felt like bath water temperature. Overall, we wouldn't stay here again. Guess we really did get what we paid for, but still overpriced for the problems.

Review 50：Our hall reeked of smoke, some lights in our room didn't work right, I wanted extra pillows and they told me they were all out, our tv in our room was so discolored sometimes the people were purple, orange, and green. The ac didn't cool the room like it should have. Everything was badly out of date and could use some remodeling.

Review 53：I was disappointed in the size of the room and the size of the pool area which i could not access by myself as the key card did not work. Also for security reasons the doors are all locked after 10 pm and you have to disturb the front desk to let you in. Other than those things i was happy. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in in a motel and there was a microwave and refrigerator which was awesome.

Review 54：The faucet on the tub was fixed with duct tape but it worked and it didn't bother me. The shampoo and soap were not pleasant smelling to use and left a film on our skin. They did not smell nice at all. The refrig and microwave should have been in another location not under the coat rack where we hang clothes, couldn't reach the second chair it was behind the nightstand next to the wall. Water looked slightly rusty other than that it was fine.

Review 55：The price was acceptable. The bed was comfortable. Not enough towels in the room. The wqter was nice and hot for a shower that was nice. The staff was very nice and professional and it was nice that you could accommodate our second night stay that we did not intend to have but couldn't take our pet to the air show so it was very nice to have a place that accommodated our pets to and didn't discriminate and took larger pets too that was nice, not just small dogs. Big dogs are nice too and if people pick up after themselves which we did, it was nice.

Review 100：I stayed with my two grandchildren ages 7 and 11. They are very understaffed. The only luggage cart we could find to use would not roll. We struggled quite sometime to get it on the elevator as one male staff member stood by and watched. The room was clean. There was no cable TV so the kids could not get any cartoon or childrens channels. Staff tried for two days to fix it. The first night the Man said he didn't have time to fix it because he was the only one working the desk and had to be downsairs. There was a large wet spot in the carpet from the air conditioner dripping into the room. I notified staff, he walked over stepped on it and said "huh" and left. The toilet rocked a lot when you sat on it and you had to stand and hold the handle down for quite some time to get it to flush. On the second night we had to leave the pool area due to the adults literally beer in hands drinking in the pool. Throwing children up in the air landing on other children in the pool. It was reported to the front desk and nothing was done about it. Maybe because again there was only the one person working! This is not a hotel I will ever stay at again. I will spend the few extra dollars for a better experience!

Review 101：The motel was dirty . Outlets had exposed wires we got shocked from them outside security lights had wires shoved in plug ins to work The staff was rude and very unhelpful. The spa water was discusting the microwave and fridge did not work.

Review 102：I came home with bed bug bites. This place should be closed down! All my sheets had black marks all over as if they were not even cleaned. I went down and asked for all new sheets. I slept with only the single light sheet because the blanket was very dirty! I was trapped into staying at this place because there were no other rooms in town because of the Birkshire Stock holders event. Please pass this on so something can be done!! Review 104：shower was dirty--hair etc in it. the door did not latch on the bathroom door. the frig had a horrible smell. the room was freezing, had to put up to 90 to even get it to feel like 65 in room. the floor did not look like it was vacuumed, and there were cigerette burns in the blanket.

Review 110：Hotel is a bit frayed. Towel rack in bathroom was hanging out of the wall. I turned off TV because it was so tedious changing channels. Clerk at check-in could not find my reservation. I'm not sure if he eventually found it or just made me a new reservation.

Review 111：Loved the price. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature was great and shower was hot. Free breakfast was OK, especially given the rate. Free newspaper was nice.

Review 112：I was double charged and spent a week getting my money back after arguing with the front desk girl who was concerned the hotel would lose money. The owner finally came and helped me get the money back but I was offered nothing for the huge inconvenience. The rooms were ok, the bathroom was not the cleanest and the pool was closed for maintenance.
