Review 1：Owner was very unprofessional, looked like a indian version of billy ray cyrus, asked about getting an refund and told me to tell his own employee to give me a refund because i asked about the pool before we went there and inside was super hot the ac was broken and was never mentioned

Review 2：Nothing to be honest, used to love that place when it used to be holiday inn

Review 3：The room was musty and damp feeling. The outside was VERY run down, thought it was closed down when we drove in. Check in staff indifferent, gave no information (Wi-Fi, breakfast location, suggestions for dinner, etc).

Review 4：The room was clean, basic hotel room set up~ good value for the low price. Morning staff was helpful, gave map of school and suggestions on how to get to where we needed to be. Breakfast was so so.

Review 5：it was well over 80 degrees when we got into our room. the old air conditioning unit did not work well. It took several hours before the room cooled down. The exterior doors were propped open when we arrived after dark

Review 6：When we went to bed and uncovered the sheet, to our surprise the bed was soiled with urine. They moved us to a room and only gave $50 off! We should of received a free night stay. It was disgusting and I would not recommend this place to a homeless person. We emailed the general manager of this Columbia Missouri location to which he has ignored. We are still waiting for his reply. Are stay was from Friday 7/10 to sat 7/11. We just returned on 7/11/2015. If you like to smell and lay in urine, then this place is for you! You may even get lucky and find other bodily fluids in your bed.

Review 7：Parking on back side is very dark. Room was very musty smelling. Shower head and knobs in shower were covered in filth. During breakfast half the stuff was empty. I stay in a lot of Quality Inns and Comfort Inns and was very disappointed in this hotel.

Review 9：Did not look like the hotel pic on internet.. .this place needs major remodeling ....was hesitant on staying,just stayed because other hotels were full. The beds were horrible--felt the coils. The room temp in evening was okay but in the morning, the temp was warm-no cold air. Reported it to receptionist when leaving,she didn't apologize at all. She just said "I will let them know." The bathroom had ceiling tile that was misshapend--hubby checked to see if there were any hidden camera there-he did not see any.

Review 11：I smelled smoke residual from smokers. Evidently the out side rooms are for smokers and the inside rooms are for non smokers.

Review 12：Clean room, clean crisp sheets, upgraded a few years ago. Firm bed. Indoor pool is functional, however, I did not use it.I did not smell smoke from smokers while in the room. I did not use the breakfast.

Review 13：We paid $110 a night for a room, before tax. You would at least expect the room to be clean. Our spare roll of toilet paper had been wet and was growing mold. Our tea packets had been wet and were stained. The walls were splitting, wallpaper peeling away, and there were stains all over the walls and floor. There were holes in the ceiling (who knows where they go to). We originally booked for two nights. We got in around 2 am, so we stayed for the first night, and got out of there as soon as possible the next morning. I would never stay there again or recommend to anyone!!!! The manager was supposed to call me yesterday regarding our horrible stay as well. Shocker, we never heard anything. I will be calling in today.

Review 15：First, the toilet wouldn't flush, annoying! When we were checking out there was another couple complaining of the same issue. There were exposed wires on a power strip, fire hazard! One of the bedside tables, ew! I'm pretty sure there was hair and an oily substance on it. My daughter didn't want to take a shower because of the ceiling tiles, they weren't laying flush and she felt exposed.

Review 26：I had a nice clean room with a king bed and a comfortable chair. A great work station for my daily reports with reliable wifi. An excellent breakfast with different choices. A small but adequate fitness room.

Review 27：No easy access for someone with mobility issues. (I was not for warned) commode was intirely to low for a senior citizen. sorely needs some TLC as it could be stunning. Parking lot was poorly lit and no handicap parking. Just disappointed.
