Review 1：I turned the water on for the sink and the water came out yellow. The bed blanket had burn holes in them. And the room was just not clean like it should be. The walls had cracks in them, and the hotel room smelled funny.

Review 5：The first room my boyfriend and I were in had mold all in therefrigerator, the bathroom was disgusting.On the second day I made acomplaint and we were moved to a different room, granted this room was alittle better but still nasty to the point we did not take a shower inthere. Roaches were crawling around. I can't believe this place useto be Sleep Inn. The carpet has a death odor to it. This place needs tobe shut down and remodeled. People save your money and go someplacewhere you can be comfortable and shower. Cheap is not always better!!!Lesson learned!! Yuck

Review 10：The location was perfect. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Every day our bed and all towels were changed. Friendly stuff and good customer service! I can even tell that they have a better customer service than other 3 and 4 stars hotels in which I have been!

Review 11：The stains on the counter. The stains on the pillowcase. The funk in the corners. The stink of cigarettes - I guess I asked for that one, all they had was a smoking room and I am a non-smoker. I had to wash my clothes and hair to get the smell out.

Someone walked in right behind me and ask how much for a double and they were told 130.00. So I was obviously overcharged! The computer in the lobby don't work and the hallways are gross.

Review 17：They did not have our reservation from booking.com and we were forced to sleep in a smoking room obviously surrounded by people who do smoke. The room looked used with made beds. Check this in was lengthy and I was the first in line of five others.

Was inconvenient for us bc a third party paid online from Illinois and they needed the credit card on hand to charge it for the rest. Staff was rude and acted like you were a nuisance to their job site. Thumbs down.

Had a problem with my card, the manager jumped on it helping me however possible. We stayed for our honeymoon. Enjoyed it.

Review 39：I didn't like the people loitering out front. They would go in and out of the common areas, as they could have been staying there, but they would stare at other guests. I didn't care for the out-dated fixtures, I found blood (or ketchup) splatter above our door, the floor needed new carpet, and areas where there was caulking needed replacing, as it was the kind of dirty that could not be cleaned with simple cleaners from maid service.

Review 48：When we first arrived and checked in, our keys did not work. Staff had to let us in with a manual key. It took maintenance 3 days to fix the door properly. The door would either lock us out or wouldn't lock at all. House keeping did not clean our room or offer fresh towels. And let's just say if you want a decent breakfast, you'll have to go out and buy it.

I felt that the rugs in the hall were dirty but thank goodness the rooms were spotless. The pool was okay if there aren't a lot of people in it. It was small but okay.

Review 59：I enjoyed the service. The staff was very helpful, and polite. My kids enjoyed the breakfast provided. I felt comfortable allowing my kids to visit the pool area without me. We had easy access from the pool/ parking area to our room. The maid staff didn't disturb us. In fact I think they waited until we left for the beach to clean our room. When we got back it was clean and restocked.I would consider staying here again.

Review 60：I had to go ask for rags and when I went to the front desk I had to wait on the man because he was outside on the phone smoking a cigarette. Also the refrigerator made all my items frozen.

I asked if I could checked in even earlier my 1am check~in time I had specified. the worker told me I had to wait until the following day at 3pm to check in. My room was paid for and I never got nor did they give a refund

Review 71：The bar that you hang clothes on fell when I hung just two things up. The air-conditioner stunk and looked kind of dirty. The bathroom didn't have a fan. The light above the bed had a short in it because it would turn on sometimes and other times not. We were upset that they didn't have Fox News Channel. There was no fruit, yogurt, or eggs at breakfast like Comfort Inn has.

Review 72：Good Location and I was happy there was a pool. We used the Microwave and Frig. I liked the cable TV channels but why didn't they have Fox News? Housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful. It was nice to have a washer and dryer.

Review 73：The staff were very racist to us. We talked to Carla a weeks ahead oftime to make sure things were straight with our reservation, and he saidyes. We came all the way from Louisiana which was a 7 hour drive. Whenwe got to Florida for Spring break he said it was a $100 deposit! Hedidn't even tell is that on the phone at all. I feel like thosepeople need to do their job the right way! The breakfast was ok bit Ifeel like it needed to have more variety to it like ham, eggs,and grits.It isn't the money we paid for at all! Don't do it!!!

Review 78：Now for the bad if you stay please ask them not to put you in room 215 there a door rite outside that get open and close at least a 100 times a day. There is one guy that walks funny and has a rude Attitude and is a know it all we stay for three days and when ready to check out they treated us as criminals by having to send someone up to check the room before we could get our deposit back if you like be treated like criminal then it's a good place for you to stay.

Review 108：The location is right near a railroad track that is very active. I mean if you are not careful it could hit you, it's that close! Also, we had some issues with a house adjacent to the parking lot where it looked like drug activity was taking place. We had an unfortunate encounter with a "customer" of this house as he was trying to get into our vehicle parked in the hotel parking lot.

Review 109：Front desk Saturday overnight person was RUDE, LAZY, and VERY disrespectful. She was very curt, and less than helpful in any manner, actually turned me against wanting to recommend this place to anyone else. Did not see the need for the Breakfast area to be Chained off during no serving hours, there was nothing there anyone could have gotten into and it really should have been available for people to sit and chat. During peak hours it was very difficult to leave or enter the property until I discovered an alternative route.

Coffee pot was broken, cold water not working in sink and hot water faucet was missing handle. Staff ignored my husband and I each time we went through lobby. Although about 9 miles from beach, with the traffic it can take up to hour to get to.
