Review 1：It was the best hotel i ever stayed food was gr8 staff awsome and very helpful kids loved the water park and adventure park and rixy club as well Hotel is huge lots of lawns and pools beach is also big and koool place to relax Food awsome and staff very help full Mr. Abdul Rehman and Mr Mehmat were very helpfull. We all still miss yhe grill stuff that was awsome Rooms were oki in size but very comfortable house keeping staff was also very active and hard working. Rixy club staff very goood i saw that always running after kids and take very good care of. Water park small but clean and good life guards. Shooting and archary koool stuff allthough its hard to beat INSTRUCTOR over all a very good resort we stayed there 6 days but time flyes I had a reservation problum and fron office manager Mr. Hamid and resrvation manage Mr. YAQOOB were very helpful thanks boys.

Review 2：It is a little far from the airport ( 1 hour and 20 minutes) Wi-fi did not work well

Review 3：Hotel Guest Relations- Valeria, took care of all our problems, questions and concerns. She has a great personality, very calm and patient dispite the amount of work and some crazy patrons she had to deal with. I wish hotel had more managers like her:-)

Review 5：Good staff, nice rooms after renovation. Excellent Rixy Kids club for children. Staff in this club speak English, Turkish and Russian. Big territory nice landscape design where you can walk with your children. Clean beach. Very good and various meals. More than 90% guests of this hotel are from former Soviet territory or CIS (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and so on). So, if you don't like loud and drunk 'entertainment' :) I advise you to book this hotel in spring or autumn. The matter is school break in this country starts end of May till 1st of September and most people from CIS usually take a vacation exactly in this period.

Review 6：Disappointed by the kids club where the staff don't or wouldn't speak English. Therefore, my kids hadn't joined the club and had to spent the time with us all the time. Since the value of money was so high, we expected more from the entertainments.

Review 26：Nice stuff, without any tips they are ready to help. There were fruts inthe room!!!! Open buffet is great! Food tasty and good choice! Drinks inthe bar are also of good quality. Though it was a New Year time and alot of local people came for cellebration it wasn't very crowdy andwaiters were trying their best to give best service to every client! Inwinter time clients can not enjoy all possible facilities of the hotelbecause definatly this is a hotel for summer holiday: open pool, beach,all possible games and daily animation an the open air - this is whatyou will not get in the winter time. But still you have spa and oneindoor pool, bouling, billyardo, lobby to spend a good time in Rixos. Weare very happy that we spent there a New Year Holiday. It was enjoybletime for all our company (there were 5 families - our friends). All ofus booked this hotel on booking.com
