Review 1：This was the worst experience we have ever had. The customer service was rude and slow. It started to storm really bad we had small and older children and they would not let us check in early, and had to wait to check in after check in time because every one was there to check in at the same time we finally got our rooms and one we couldn't use the bathroom because it overflowed the other room the air conditioner didn't work. It took them hours to get us two more rooms. While waiting we took the kids to the pool, the pool was stained, I felt dirty all the time we were swimming. There was full trashcans all over the place some were knocked over on the ground. We finally got our other rooms and the beds and curtains were stained. We paid way to much. We will never go back.

Review 3：We checked in late, and it took forever for the staff to check us in.Even though there wasn't much going on. They ignored us for severalminutes. Then, the first room they gave us had three small trash canfull of foul-smelling liquids in between the beds. They gave us a newroom without any trouble, but it was a really bad way to start our stay.
Review 4：For the money I paid I feel like I was robbed, this place was horribleand if I could have gotten my money back I would have never stayed there. The property is a mess and the surroundings will scare you, this placeneeds to stop false advertising!!!!
Review 5：I have traveled abroad for years Europe , Mexico.etc. This hotel was themost terrifying stay I have ever encountered . The first room was on thebackside of property, glass hunks all over parking lot , a chair fromthe room was outside stopping the overflow of water from the roof outfront , the next room was bbq on sidewalk , our room had not one bulb rshade on any light source , two lamps were broken , the tub was burntorange in color , sticky floors , no latch on door , curtains half onhalf off , the beds had mixed match dirty sheets,I called the front deskand stated that '' The room was not suitable- politely asked foranother room." I truly feared for my safety. The clerk moved us toa dbl bed because it was all that available . The new room had no masterlight switch , the bulbs had to be screwed in in order to turn on. Thelarge bed slanted so badly on the left side that you would fall offunless in middle of bed . The walls had large areas of brownish coloredstains on the ceiling splash of dark colored areas in numerous part ofceiling. The carpet between the bathroom was pulled loose completelyabout 2 1/2 feet and the carpet was wet r sticky over complete area. We kept shoes on the whole time . The bathroom had more - whatappeared to be blood r mucus in shower walls and ceiling etc. The floorhad piles of ashes as well as burnt holes. No ice in filthy machines .terror ! Seriously it was beyond horrible and I would have left but the$215.00 pls charge was non refundable . As well, the gave me backapprox. $11.00 when I checked out , then charged again , then refundedtoday 3 days later . I cancelled my card as to prevent tampering . Iphotographed all of these issues and will never ever ever trust thissite for services . the entire package was a facade - almost as if thehotel does a bait & switch . I parked my car in front of office andwas afraid to move it fearing break in.

Review 7：Room was filthy. Went to Walmart before bringing our items inside and bleached the bathroom. Lysol the beds. It was dirty. Bologna casing on the floor. Carpet was sticky.

Review 12：We only rented this room for the day so an adult and 2 children could stay there and swim while the other adult went to the ball field to watch her daughter play ball. We paid $91 to put our things there and to keep the little ones confront able. The air barely cooled and the pool was closed down. We asked for a partial refund and we were told no. We rented it from 10am til 5pm didn't even stay the night.

Review 15：The whole place reeked of cigarette smoke.We were supposed to have a non smoking ground floor room. I had even spoken with the front desk about this the day before our trip. When we arrived I was shocked at how nasty and unkempt the property was. The lady at the desk was nice but knew. Nothing of my requests. Our room smelled so strongly of smoke I bought Febreeze to spray in there. The pool was nasty and I would never allow my children in it.

Review 17：The staff was rude. The rooms were not cleaned properly. Dried urine onthe toilet seat. Towels were not restocked. Entire hotel is leaningtowards the pool with second story walkway drooping. You can feel bustedup concrete under the carpet. 2 inch gap under the door. Pictures arevery misleading. I have stayed in older hotels that were maintained andclean. I would never stay here with kids...too many shady people. Triedto cancel once I arrived but it was too late.

Review 24：I've traveled the US extensively on the east coast, west coast and down south, but never before have I had a disappointment as big as American Quality Lodge. It might be American and a lodge, but there's absolutely NO quality in the place whatsoever. A night for a group of three cost over 250 USD, and the place was a huge mess in every possible way. The reception operation was messed up, and it took almost 30 minutes to check in, and it only got worse and worse after that. The guests were a rowdy bunch, and it was very, very loud at all times; the room was unpleasant, dirty and cheap, and the service was rude and very unprofessional. I would advise everyone to stay away from American "Quality" Lodge at all cost. I would not want my worst enemy to spend a night there; the penitentiary is better. Oh, and contrary to what's marketed, there is no WIFI either.

Review 26：Where to start. - Beds were filthy, all the sheets had stains on them. So did all of the towels. Without exception. - Ceiling had mold as well as the walls in the bathroom. - Doors, windows and all other interiors were banged up pretty good. All in all the most filthy place i have ever spent my night. That includes sleeping on the desert floor in Afghanistan.

The hotel next door (that we ended up staying at after losing our money to this internet scan) informed us that this is the only way they can make there money+ the recently released inmates that live there permently,no refunds. The shower in room 116 looks like mold has been growing up on the ceiling. Looks nothing like what booking.com's pictures look like! Very upsetting!
