Review 1：No restaurants nearby (though there is a bar in the hotel), and the shower layout was weird--glass wall only covered half of the shower.
Review 2：Breakfast was great. Room was a nice size and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Internet was free, consistent, and fast.
Review 3：The only downside was that if you didn't have a car then you didn't have any choice but to eat at the hotel. That said, the menu looked pretty good anyway.
Review 4：Seems to be a very new hotel. The bathroom is very big and in excellent condition. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Curtains made it nice and dark. Breakfast was great. Eggs or omelet station, bacon, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, and the o.j. was really good, not the cheap stuff. 4 computers to use with 2 printers in the business room. The WiFi was free and worked flawlessly.

Review 6：The staff particularly: on the night/early a.m. last Friday-Sat. (yesterday) I got in at 3 a.m. accountable to a much delayed flight--and the woman on the desk was most helpful--as was the other Asian woman the next morning when I asked for an extra hour (late checkout) because I was a bit rocky ("Asian"--only to identify two fine, careful, good listeners whose names I didn't note).

Review 8：The gentleman at the front desk on arrival was very helpful in helping me arrange transportation to Union Station the next day and the young man who drove the shuttle both days was attentive, concerned with my needs , made sure my luggage was loaded and transferred to and from my room on both days. At the airport he was making sure I procured the correct transportation ...excellent service and wonderful breakfast ...will return

Review 11：The breakfast stopped being replenished at least half an hour before close. They should continue serving fresh food until the breakfast actually closes.

Review 13：Breakfast finishes early. One of the female reciptionist was not good: she assigned us a room that was not ready. And charged us more than booking's price (occupancy tax+ state tax). I called booking and they said dun worry. Until posting this review I received nothing. As for cleanliness, everything was good until I moved the sofa bed which smelled terrible.

Review 19：King suite had lots of room and super comfy couch. Didn't use the kitchen, but appreciated the full sized fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom was perfectly adequate though not large and shower only. Ample parking.

Review 35：Our room had only 2/3 of a sofa. One piece of the sofa in our living room area was missing. We also had only one chair for the kitchen table (but since we weren't using the kitchen, it wasn't a big hindrance). The heating/cooling system was very loud.

Review 44：When I arrived to check in I showed the receptionist my Booking.Com confirmation and he couldn't find it in their system!! Then after many attempts and for more than half hour when I started to loose my temper the receptionist admitted that: "the reserved room is not available because Booking. Com is a third party and they are not connected to our system" it was late at night and all of us were tired he offered me a down grade room and I have been asked to discuss the issue with the manager tomorrow morning. I was expecting an apology and compensation from the assistant manager ( Julian), instead he started to criticize Booking.com and explained this happened with other customers as well. I was given a lecture about how Booking.com was established!! I reported this misconduct to Booking.com Since they don't honor or recognize Booking.com why do they keep their facility listed for Booking.com customers?!! I found a yellow dirt stain on the inner side of the sheet. They don't vacuum you have to ask for it.
