Review 1：The hot tub was a bit confusing as there is no "off" button! Maybe it just cycles, as were were distressed to see it on in the morning.
Review 2：We were surprised at the roominess of Tuscany Villa #10! Plenty of room for 5 people. The location was perfect and within close walking distance to everything. We all would stay here again!
Review 3：We went Labor Day weekend and there was way to may people in a small town.
Review 4：Once we got there we didn't get back in our car until we headed home. We were able to walk were we wanted to go.
Review 5：The cabin was nothing like the one pictured online. However, it was still a great room, and experience... so overall still pretty happy.

Review 13：Based on the ad and address we were expecting to stay on Main St. Where we could walk to the places we wanted. This place was at the other end across the river. Greeted by gruff owner when I brought this up. Not even an I'm sorry. Hot tub had dirty filters. No water pressure in showers upstairs.

Review 15：It is located right on a busy road, and parking is a bit tight if you drive a big truck like we did. The street noise wasn't too bad, as the master bedroom is away from the street side. Since it is not in Helen, and you want to eat and drink in Helen, it's best to get a taxi. You can not walk from the River House to downtown Helen.
Review 16：The house is large and nicely furnished. It has cute country cabin decor. The deck is large with a gas grill and a jacuzzi. It is right on the river, so we enjoyed watching the fisherman. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Helen and all the tourists, so we could be by ourselves and relax.
