Review 1：Three guests in the room, yet there were only 2 robes, 2 coffee mugs, 2 pieces of chocolate left on the beds. Small things, I know, but we expect attention to these details at 21c.
Review 2：Friendly and attentive staff. Beds were luxuriously comfortable. Blackout shades allowed us to sleep in. Great shower and exceptional body products.

Review 5：We've been staying at your hotel since you opened several years ago whenever we are in town. I was really disappointed in how dirty the carpets were and although the black grout was a smart move as far as hiding dirt the bottom of the shower felt very slimy. :-(

Review 7：This hotel is definitely worth booking! It was a little more expensive than I usually pay for hotels, but I did stay right in the middle of MLB All-Star weekend. The staff was very nice and helpful. The art was amazing and open 24 hours a day, which was really convenient in a city with so many things to do.

I also really like the food in the Metropole restaurant which is delicious, interesting, healthy and in reasonable portions which is pretty unusual in this area!

Review 43：We Liked the art on the two floors and throughout the hotel. We loved the restaurant, Metropole. We ate dinner and breakfast there. Both meals were excellent. We look forward to staying at 21C and eating at Metropole again soon. We also liked that the valet guy mentioned how cool our car is. Made us feel good, especially since most of the cars we saw were way high end.
Review 44：Gorgeous hotel, and fun, too! We came in one evening to find yellow plastic penguins in the hallway. Fantastic bath products--in fact, I think they were the best I can remember in a hotel: cilantro and rum body wash, or something like that. Awesome! Cincinnati has an intriguing downtown, and this was smack-dab in the middle of it all.

Review 46：A very noisy hotel. We heard bar fights through our windows all night. Yelling and screaming, then came the police and ambulance. After that, in the middle of the night we could hear the chairs in the restaurant being shuffled around. They were probably mopping the floors. This hotel needs some sound proofing. We got no sleep at all.

Review 49：Loved the fact that there is high calibre and well curated art everywhere. The service was outstanding every request was handled in a friendly and efficient manner. The food in the restaurant was amazing which is very rare in Cincy. Locally sourced interesting ingredients and menu in a beautifully restored room with wonderful tiles on the floor and a cosy atmosphere. Room was very spacious, very clean and with some delightful quirky touches such as bathroom tiles with an ear sculpted in it. Lots of useful amenities like a Nespresso machine for making tea and coffee, dimmable lamps, free botttled water and wifi, great toiletries and most importantly a really comfy bed!

Review 62：The staff was so accommodating from the moment we got out of our car at the valet parking! When we walked into our room we loved it. So clean, very comfortable bed and very uniquely decorated. Very nice to actually have 2 FREE bottles of water in our room! Very interesting random tiles on the bathroom walls. It was fun looking at the tiles and finding the fun little surprises. Upon checkout we left our luggage in their luggage room while we went out for lunch and exploy the city some more. When we returned they got out luggage, pulled up our car and asked us several times how our stay was and if there was anything else they could do for us. Even asked us if we wanted a couple of bottles of water while waiting for our car to be pulled up. We will be back! :)

Review 69：Went to celebrate our anniversary.Pre-ordered two dozen roses for my wife that we supposed to be their on arrival. They were not. Staff immediately comped us desert and free drinks on the rooftop terrace. They still scrounged up two dozen beautiful flowers on a Saturday night and even comped that for us. They sure made up for their mistake.

Excellent customer service from Front Desk to Housekeeping! The person who helped us with our bags, Leon, when we checked in and when we checked out was simply the best!
