Review 1：Had trouble with our reservation. Our room was given to someone else. The person who had our room even signed and filled out a form with my name on it. They fixed it with in about 20 minutes. Our keys stopped working the next morning to we had to take them to the front desk to be fixed.

Review 2：Our room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was a great deal.

Review 3：Even thou I saw signs there was a constant stench of smoke and the walls in the room were thin you can hear everything. There was also a hole in the bathroom door

Review 5：It only had a coffee pot big enough to make one cup each time. The refrigerator was going out so the freezer was loud most of the time.

Review 12：Fire alarms went off twice while we were there. One time we were asleep ans scared us. Office staff said someone pulled it, took awhile to get back to sleep.

Review 20：This was our second stay in a months period. The first night in was given a room downstairs and woke up with allergies from pets being allowed. I requested my room be changed and it was handled without hassle. And Mr. DAVID is the best. He goes above and beyond to make his customers comfortable and happy.

Red Roof didn't seem to have any emergency plans, protocols, policies, or procedures for staff and employees to put in place to help during this event. Essentially, my family and me were left to fend for ourselves during this event.

Review 28：first I booked two kitchenette together. I had two argue with the front desk, because she wanted to put half of us one the first floor and the other half on the second floor. Saturday's stay was terrible. There was people above us jumping off their bed to the floor. Someone was smoking so much weed that u couldn't go into the hallway. We had kids and it was offel. That night the power went out and people were in the parking lot yelling to another room window at 3:00am. Terrible Stay!

Review 30：Really friendly staff and clean hotel. The rooms were big and luminous. Yes it's 10 miles from Panama City beach but it's also cheaper to stay here. all in all a really goo experience.

Review 31：We planned a last minute vacay and Red Roof Inn was the best rate we found. Located relatively close to the beach and all the entertainment. My kids had a blast with the swimming pools and the cozy beds. Breakfast was a plus as we were always on the go without much time to stop and eat. All together, we had a great experience there at Red Roof Inn.

Review 32：Only thing I could think of is the coca cola machine on the floor I stayed on was never serviced so I couldn't buy a bottle of water. It was available on first floor so I'm just being overly picky about it.

Review 34：I had. Donot disturb on the door on one of the employees knock on the door and opened it with out waiting for and answer and should not had gone in in the first place We had only been there for a couple of hours

Review 54：We had to make an emergency trip to panama city and I booked this on our way down. We arrived at 545 am after driving all night and they got us in a room right away. The entire staff was amazing and the property was super clean and very nice. It was close to the hospital and other amenities. We stayed a entire week and would definitely stay again.

Review 65：I attempted to check In half hour early and was told that I couldn't add the rooms weren't yet clean which was understandable. I went to the beach and returned at 5:30 pm to check in and was given the key to a filthy, unclean room that had not yet been cleaned. After leaving the beach almost two hours after check in, I do believe that expecting a clean room to rest my weary head is fair especially since I drove over 300 miles from out of state.
