Review 1：Was not given a unit in the resort Lorley instead our unit was across the street. No fireplace and sliding door lock was broken and would not lock. they had a pole placed in runner. Not secure at all. Stated those were the units assigned to online website's bookings? This was not disclosed prior to booking.

Review 2：Staff was courteous, rental unit was clean

Review 3：We were told that the card would not be charged until we check out. Two other people heard them say that too. Went to check out and pay and she snidely says, you signed it. I know that in hotels, I can choose to pay with other method upon checking out. We were trying to split it between two couples.

Review 4：The room was better than expected, bigger and fully equipped.

Review 5：There wAs a 75 dollar charge for pet and this should have mentioned when you book as it only said pets allowed and did not say about the fee very dissapointing as we hAd a very small dog the charge was not needed . I work in hospitality n hotels don't charge that much

Review 6：The location was wonderful. Our unit had a deck that overlooked the river and it was wonderful to just sit and relax. Much more preferable than your normal hotel room.

Review 7：The 10 am checkout was rather early. Felt like we were doing a lot of the maid's job by putting the linen in the pillowcases, washing the dishes and dumping our garbage in the dumpster.

Review 8：The balcony overlooking the Chattahoochee was a great place for wine and cheese and early morning quiet talk. The 5 minute walk to the tubing place was nice!

Review 9：Great location and the staff was super helpful. The property is so beautiful. Went with 10 friends for my best friends bachelorette weekend. It was such a comfortable place for all of us to gather.

Review 11：The whole facility was really nice, the units were nice and clean and this had to have been the nicest indoor pool we'd ever seen.

Review 12：Check out at 10 am, in all my travel I have never heard of that...was not informed of it. From the booking process I was expecting two rooms. I stated four adults and two children. As it turned out some could not make the trip. I sleep on a fold out, with grandchildren. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. also stay clear of the Old Bavarian Pub. Bug in water, food is bad! Nothing authentic at all. The waitress did not understand the different types of schnitzel.

Review 13：Very clean, provided supplies for apt. Location was great. River running through the back was the best feather and play area for kids.

Review 16：We came up Easter weekend to visit my son at Truett-McConnell College. I asked the employee at the front desk where we could go to a sunrise service, she invited us to her church. I was not able to go but two of my family members did. She was there looking for us and even brought a jacket for me because I did not have warm clothing. To have such a staff member as her working for them shows how much she cares about the visitors. I cannot say enough good things about our visit.

Review 17：When we arrived at Loreley we couldn't believe how spacious and clean the apartment was. It was decorated so beautifully and felt so cozy and northern. The property was so kid friendly with a big playground, basketball court and tennis courts. The kids will also never forget skipping rocks in the creek with Daddy at Loreley. When we asked our 3 kids what their favorite part of Helen was, they said just spending time at the apartment. Thank you for such a great stay.

Review 18：Checkout time really needs to be extended to noon to make it more comfortable for guests to get up, have breakfast, pack and move out so the visit wraps up on a non-rushed note...to keep all memories happier:)

Review 20：Had made arrangements through Booking.com for a late checkout (1:00 p.m.)and had received confirmation from the resort, but received a phone call while we were out eating breakfast and a call as soon as we walked back into the unit (11:00 a.m.) advising us we were late checking out! Seems as though the front office staff had bit been notified, which was frustrating.

Review 22：We went during valitines day and seems during the winter months they focus on maintenance so some of the activities were not available. Such as the hot tub, which during valitines was disappointing.

Review 24：On your website it stated there were 2 Full beds in the loft which was incorrect. It made for an uncomfortable weekend when we had to make other arrangements for 2 adults.

Review 25：It was close to Truett-McConnell College. My son plays baseball for them so we were able to be close to campus.

Review 26：It was a bit pricey for our one night stay, but we were happy that we were able to just rent the one night as our schedules would not allow the Friday arrival.

Review 27：It was a girls weekend with grandmothers, sisters and nieces....The resort was lovely and we had a great time just being together. The staff was friendly upon arrival and the unit was very clean and accommodating.
