Review 1：Stayed 2 nights . Signed 3 contracts and still bugging me to sign another one . Called them they got paid by card an still emailing me . A little shady.

Review 3：The apartment was exactly like the pictures, clean and perfectly located 2 blocks from 6th St. The bed was extremely comfortable (from someone with neck/upper back issues), the full size kitchen came in handy for Christmas cookies, the washer and dryer was a welcome luxury, the shower was incredible, the response from the owner when an additional request was made was quick and positive, the sound of the little waterfall in the swimming pool just below the bedroom window was heaven (didn't even use my sound machine for sleeping) and there is likely even more. First time to Austin and this apartment made it even more wonderful. By the way, the creek trail that leaves from Zilker park is perfect for trail running and mountain biking.
Review 4：The bathroom was not clean, mouldy shower and we kept blowing the breakers as the power sockets were not designed to use a hair dryer.

Review 6：In addition to paying a $99 fee for cleaning, you are expected to start a load of laundry (the towels you used) before you leave. Although there is a nicely equipped kitchen, there isn't a table and chair to sit at to eat a meal. TV remotes didn't work well.

Review 12：Did not receive information prior to arrival. Did not know how to access condo area, room, or parking bucause we were not sent the information in advance of our arrival. It was extremely frustrating. At first we wished we had never rented from you. Eventually things worked out.

Review 14：The instructions regarding how to enter to facility were very poor. We learned that the keypad was not next to the parking garage by phone call. Also, the parking stall location instructions were ambiguious. The I pad in the room did not work.
Review 15：We liked the room and the location. It had many nice features. I would stay there again. We entered at night during a rain storm. It was difficult to locate the acess point because we were looking for access to the parking area which was on a side street notnon 4th Street. The access instructions were not clear and we had to make a call to understand howmtomget into the unit and the parking area.
Review 16：My door entry card did erroneously not work anymore the last morning, and it took me a one hour call to get the correct entry code. It is appalling that no staff was available anywhere close to help me out more quickly.

Review 18：the mix up about the allocated parking space and the difficulty in communicating and getting an effective resolution. it is very noisy - party central on Saturday night . also tradespeople were arranged to come and deal with some maintenance issues and we were not given notice about this.
Review 19：the location is very convenient to the down town area - parking in a secure area was good and the laundry and kitchen facilities in the apartment were also good the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Review 27：We arrived to an unmade bed, a pile of dirty towels and a dirty bathroom. There was no blind on the glass door to the street so no privacy for anyone sleeping in the lounge. Leaky tap in the kitchen and a few similar problems It seems to me that there is no proper oversight of maintenance and housekeeping and that this lets a very good rental down. I hope they sort this out. Having said that, I would rent it again in a heartbeat!
Review 28：The location is great. Quiet but on the doorstep of 6th Street and Red River street. We had really outstanding food at the Iron Cactus (tacos: try the fish and the shrimp) and the Moonshine. The latter is something special. Great to have a domestic laundry when you are on a long trip.

Review 31：While there were many exits at the condo, there was only one entrance from the street. The unit itself was okay, not the cleanest I've been to (had to pick up a large dead cockroach off of the top of the fridge)and the floor was stained with paint from past painting projects.
Review 32：The location was great. Close to 6th Street, close to the skate park my sons wanted to go to. Plenty of restaurants around. I also liked the fact that the condos were gated.
Review 33：I didn't like being charged a hidden $140 fee for cleaning. Their competitors in the same area on Booking.com don't do this, so I'm not sure why they are allowed to do this.
Review 34：Noise level was very high and there were many intoxicated people disturbing us throughout the night from both the street and inside the complex. Wifi signal was not strong inside condo.

Review 41：The Wifi was slow and unstable. There were many broken things in the apartment including a tub that wouldn't drain and a toilet seat which was not fully attached to the toilet. The front door wouldn't fully lock sometimes without a bit of finagling. To close the door to the bathroom you had to move the rug which was annoying.

Review 45：Initially the building layout was slightly confusing as there isn't much logic to how the unit numbers were assigned. This rental unit is located on the top floor towards the East end of the building to save future guests from wandering around like I did.
Review 46：Perfect location in downtown Austin - close to everything. Management staff were very attentive and helpful. Condo was very clean and stocked with everything you'd need for a week or a month. Price was very competitive to many local hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

I would reiterate that Guests should look out for the check in instructions in their email inbox a couple of days before their stay.
