Review 1：We were sent upstairs to a room that wasn't ready. Had to go back down and wait an hour for housekeeping to get the room ready...
Review 2：The service was always very friendly though a bit unprofessional, the room was comfortable, soft beds, and the hotel has a nice terrace/garden outside.

Review 15：We were visiting Aywaille on a cycling trip as a large group. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and there was ample parking and a secure room was provided for our bikes. We eat our evening meal in the hotel which was high quality and reasonably priced. The owner took time to chat with us and talk about the local area. We would highly recommend this hotel.
