Review 1：The staff for check-in, questions, and check-out were not at all friendly. Also, couldn't answer basic questions about the area or things to do.

Review 3：The mattress height was about our only complaint.

Review 4：The condo we stayed in was very nice with up to date appliances, etc, decorated very nice with alot of neat things, the king-size bed was beautiful & comfortable but tough to get in & out of due to the mattress height. Perhaps adjusting the mattress height or a small stool would help. It was very clean also. Made our stay extra nice. Really enjoyed staying in this condo.

Review 5：The beds were horrible. The sleeper sofa was more of a torture rack than bed. We ended up putting the sofa cushions on the floor so my daughter could sleep. The master bedroom mattress sunk in the middle. The bathroom sink did not drain well at all. The place was rather worn looking.

Review 7：The room was comfortable and felt like home. Clean carpets and a kitchen full of pots & pans made it so easy to just whip up a snack, flop on the floor, and start relaxing!

Review 9：Warm and comfortable condo. Good kitchen and living area, clean and functional bathrooms. The decor had a rustic appeal with old photos of the area and an interesting old trail map. We stayed 14 nights and would happily stay there again as it was good value. We cooked most nights and the condo was well heated and insulated.

Review 10：The only thing I could think about is the parking lot did get full and we had to park in the parking lot across the street a few times. It wasn't much of a inconvience but that was the only thing I could think that was a negative impact at all.

Review 11：We meet every year at the same time and usually we get a hotel room and this year it was such a nice change. There was so much more room for us to use and it was clean and having 2 bathrooms was nice. We actually brought in food and watched movies and talked instead of going out every night and was very private.

Review 12：they were doing maitance on the building so for 2 of the mornings we woke up to men outside our windows on the scaffling. However, they were very polite and apologized that they were scheduled to be there during our stay

Review 13：I could not believe how big our condo was. There were the 2 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms but the loft also had 2 beds in it so that was an extra plus. They stocked us with plenty of extra blankets and towels because we were there over a holiday. It was very beautiful and clean and homey

Review 18：There are enough condos close enough together in a fairly wooded area. This caused a bit of a difficulty parking if some residents bring more than one car. It was a fairly long drive to amenities so consider that it's more like staying in a remote cabin than a regular hotel/motel. Can't just take a short walk to breakfast, for example. Not really a bad thing but just be aware.

Review 19：I couldn't believe that a moose was grazing right behind our condo. The condo was very clean and well-furnished. We couldn't hear our neighbors. It was an excellent getaway.

Review 41：Large rooms, fully equipped apartment, log fire, quiet location, easy access to lifts (we were in Four Seasons #1). We had an apartment for 4, in France the same space would have been for an 8-12 occupancy ! Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Review 42：The resort 12 miles away from.Jackson. Arriving in the dark and pouring rain had problems finding room area is very dark. After hours check in instructions needs to be shown on reservation confirmation.

Review 44：- Not to be recommended when visiting Yellowstone, it's to far away, although we had to drive 30km longer because of road works. Grand teton is fine and off course when leaving Yellowstone and going to the south. - Bath/Shower was not working, after call it was fixed.

Review 49：Our unit was a two bedroom condo. It was generally clean, well furnished, attractive and functional. The unit included a full kitchen with flatware and cooking utensils available. Extra blankets, pillows and electric fans were provided. The unit also contained a washer/dryer.

Review 50：I did not receive a final statement at check-out, and as of one week later, I still have not received any statement, email or otherwise. I am uncomfortable with this.

Review 53：Far from the Yellow Stone National park.No one picks up the phone on the front desk even in normal business hours.Was very very hard to get a real person to talk too.The Ad of the lodge states that bedding is not guaranteed.So I had to confirm before leaving that everything was available at the condo.
