Review 1：We arrived at 6:20 P.M. on Christmas day only to discover that theoffice had closed early at 6:00 P.M., so we waited and kept calling theoperator for assistance. When we finally checked into our room 30minutes later, we found out that there was only one bed for 4 people andcould not change our rooms that night because the office was closed. Thenext day, we changed to another room that had not been cleaned, so theyswitched our rooms to another one with a baseball bat propped againstthe wall and there were 4 bullet holes (indentions) on the door. Also,while we were looking for our room, my daughter and I were followed byone of the tenants, who pretended to be on his phone. Scary and unsafe.I complained to the lady at the front desk about the mistake with ourreservations. She told me that I had reserved a double size bed, not twobeds!! Then, she said that she gave me a good deal on the family roomand will not be accommodating us, because it was my fault. Take note ofthis if you ever decide to reserve a room at this hotel usingBooking.com. I will never come here again. It is unsafe and the roomsare stinky.

Review 3：First room was terrible with a very bad odor of mold and mildew. Had to switch rooms. Second room was better but only enough that I could take after a can of Lysol.

Review 5：Nothing We asked for a queen we were given two twins. We changed rooms and the air conditioner wasn't working. The floors were sticky and their was hair in the shower.

We booked online and I let them know I wouldn't be arriving till late they said that was fine someone would be on site to help us got there at 12:15 am no one was around so we called the number on door they told us it would be 45 mins before they could have someone there... Sooo... We waited and when the lady came out she told us that she could not do anything for us at all to try and have better luck somewhere else mind you I have my 2 yr old son in the car waiting alo,g with us to get into a room which I had already booked the day before . It was a complete waste of time from booking it to waiting for them to show up.
Review 8：Noisy frig that really needed defrosting. Air conditioner placed at the head of the bed made for noise and vibration. Maybe all rooms are not laid out like this. Tiny room, no hangers for clothes.

Review 14：They do not make up the room or change the sheets unless you are there 7 days or more. If you need sheets towels etc. you have to take them to the office yourself and exchange them for the used ones.

Review 16：The only problem we had was there were three of us and they only set out 2 sets of towels we had to return one to get the third one ..They were all out of hairdryers also.Breakfast isnt included in the reservations.The room was very crowded not much room to move around in.

Review 19：The kitchen has a fair amount of tools, I definitely felt stocked in that aspect. The staff was fairly prompt about my request of shampooing the floors. No pest problems to be seen.
Review 20：I travelled around the world, visited many third world countries that the rooms were questionable, but never as filthy as that room was or the furniture so badly damaged, my socks are now black, and bottom of my feet still have the dirt stain from the carpet.

Review 24：They advertise a full kitchen but the refrigerator is the same size as in most hotel rooms. The dresser had big nicks in it. The room smelled musty but the window opened so I could air it out.

Review 88：It was an uncomfortable experience. Of the four rooms booked, three were not ready when we got there. Two of the rooms we had didn't have AC working. All beds in all of our rooms had bed bugs. We also killed two spiders in one of the beds. All rooms had a moldy smell. Only one of the four door keys to the room worked. After 11pm there was no one to help us or change our room to a cleaner one.

Review 94：I didn't like this hotel at all. It really needed a lot of updating. The first night after an hour of heat, then it went to cold allnight. It was cold in Orange Park, around 40 degrees that night. Theoffice closed and no one to answer the office phone. So I couldn'treport about no heat until the next morning. The office was open from10:00 to 6:00 the next day. They then gave us another room which thedécor was a little better looking. I will never book at this hotelagain. I had paid for two nights. They should have refunded some of mymoney back. Booking .Com need to take this hotel off your list. I havebooked with Booking.com before and will again. I don't blame youpersonally because I love your web site. The hotel is not a good one.Ofcourse I see why it is cheap. The only reason I picked this hotel wasthat it was the only one pet friendly.

Review 97：The facility needed to clean up the stairwells, steps and outside areas as the dirt can be seen and families ay not stay because of it. I did notice families staying at weekly rates(using it as alternate to housing).

Review 101：The first black that works night has a hotrible attitutde. She rejected me and my stay when i was at the door at like 11:02. Next day the other black girl who works days was nice. The room was way to humid. Couldn't do a darn thing about it. People next to me were yelling at outside my room. Walls are to thin. I can her conversations next door. Overall crap.stay.
