Review 1：The towels were old and for the money I was dissapointed. We also had problems with the toiled not flushing very good. I thought as far as the room it was average.

Review 3：When we got to the hote to pay for how er stay they to money out off my bank account for details to pay we paid by cash the lady said they would put the money back just got my statement and they took 747pounds out they ow me money we paid to much for the hotel.

Popcorn and soda in the afternoon Kick off evening buffet...again, great choices. food was hot and the area was very clean and inviting. We locked ourself out of our room and Paul accompanied us back to verify that we were who we said we were. I appreciated that security and caution. Paul also told us about some sites in the area that we might find interesting... and we did !! A wonderful facility, we will be staying again at Drury Inn :)

Review 7：The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Whenever they saw you, they would ask your stay has been so far and if there was anything you needed or that they could do to help.

Review 11：The only negative experience of the whole visit was a few of the people working at the front desk weren't very friendly. It was about 3/4 that were friendly and 1/4 that were not.

Michelle was wonderfully Son was injured during his baseball game and we were not expected for him to stay with us they were out of roll awYs due to many large groups staying at the time, she gave us a second room for one night. The next day a roll away was delivered. That afternoon she welcomed us in the lobby and knew who we were made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Food was awesome late afternoon happy hour with good and drinks all free, breakfast yummy as well! This hotel only one in the area with queen beds! Awesome pool area and fitness room!

Review 17：Was a little disappointed in the breakfast, there were no eggs! Excuse me, there were cold hard boiled eggs but no cooked eggs! Eggs bacon sausage are a breakfast staple! A slightly frozen hard boiled egg did not cut it for me!

Review 27：The ONLY thing I would change would be the soap, shampoo and conditioner container in the shower... I much prefer the individual bottles. I also missed having individual bottles of lotion that are always included at hotels.

Review 28：I loved the breakfast choices, the fact that you could get soft drinks during the day and the popcorn afternoon and evening. We didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the food from 5 - 7 pm. Loved the shower - just not the soap dispenser!

Review 29：The fact that we could have our pets with us was a major reason we chose Drury Inn & Suites Denver. The room rates were reasonable and the fact that children stay free will allow us to travel with our grandchildren as well.

They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The bed husband said the bed was more comfortable than his bed at home. I can't say enough about this hotel management and staff. Review 49：Wifi not secure... Man at front desk was a bit fake friendly...not genuine. Seemed a bit put out when I asked for apple juice for my son during the "happy hour" time. The juice machine was off and had to be turned on. Thankfully his co-worker managed it with a positive attitude and smile. Found elevators and floor in lobby area between pool and elevators too wet: very slippery!

Review 50：Wonderful place to stay. Not only was a great breakfast included with our nightly stay, but also a "happy hour" buffet which consisted of pasta, hot dogs, nachos and the like! Loved walking into the lobby in the afternoons to the smell of freshly popped popcorn!

Review 53：Had a mixup when a staff member entered into the computer that we were checking out after one night if our stay. Hotel staff removed our belongings fr our rooms and locked us out. We were very surprised when we got back late that evening from a family reunion. Staff made it right and we had a room again that night with all our belongings accounted for. Should have asked for our cell number when we checked in and it would have avoided the mixup.
