Review 1：The worst hygiene ever. The flies over the food; live and dead in the food. We saw many stray dogs and cats in the lobby and breakfast areas. The cat would sit on your table while having breakfast and lick on the plates. The dogs would just not leave the place either. The staff is rude and can not speak single word of english. Bathroom is dirty and basic. There was construction going on in the neighbourhood, hence too much noise. The hotel is housing students of near by universities, thus acting like hostel than the Hotel. There are many options available near by....avoid if you can

Review 3：The photos are very outdated, the property does not look like that anymore. It was messy and not really clean. For the bathroom in my room I have no words. Mould on the wall, no hot water, no shower curtains. Overall just not satisfactory. WiFi was ok, sometimes it worked, sometimes not.

Review 4：The hotel was in a very good location, had good normal Turkish breakfast and a nice sunny pool. The staff was friendly and we got a great price.

Review 5：There was no room service during our stay. For 3-4 days it's ok, but if you stay more than 5 days the absence of cleaning could be a problem. Overall the rooms were nice and clean.

Review 6：This hotel is 5 minutes away from the Konyaalti beach. There are many markets, restaurants and cafes around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a fresh fish restaurant at the first floor which is very popular among the tourists and local people.

Review 8：Very helpful staff. Good location near the Konyaalti beach. Balcony was big. It was nice to enjoy the view. Hotel has restaurant at 1st floor. They serve with tasty sea food. Also breakfast was tasty. But choice was limited.

Review 9：Long time since the previous reparation. Pool view is not an advantage if other guests use it after midnight (however, it was not difficult to stop that).

Review 10：Helpful staff: even using a mixture of English, Turkish, and gestures, we solved all problems. Good location near the Konyaalti beach (not far from Sarisu and Aquarium too) and many small parks with playgrounds.

Review 13：Of course with 15 € per night you shouldn't expect too much, but you could still assume that the fotos are reable... The picture from the pool must be taken late in the afternoon with a fisheye lens. One glance to pool area was enough to book an other hotel.

Review 14：We were there for a full week and not once was there any housekeeping done to our room. No maid service, no fresh towels, nothing at all!
