Het Zonnehuis is a small seaside country house b&b, build in 1929, inspired by the famous English architect Lutyens. Antiques, logfires, large garden with heated swimming-pool, it is a great place for a special break. We offer 3 rooms, each with large bathroom and one apartment with private sitting-room with logfire, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The situation of the house is excellent:on the most beautiful avenue of the village, nearby the beach.

Review 1：We felt very welcome in the home but felt on occasion that we were intruding on their home life in the evenings. Was their lounge for paying guests or to entertain their friends.

Review 2：The full experience : decor, quintessential English style, silverware, classical music, furnishings and hospitality all reflecting their passion for classical English heritage. Very befitting of the local setting of a town which seemed to be set on the late Victorian era. We loved the style and scenerity

Review 7：We had so much noise from the room in front ! It was a couple with 2 little children and one of them cried all night long! We had booked the room for a quiet romantic weekend and we didnt expect such little children in this B&B with only 3 luxurious rooms!this is really something we will ask upfront in future!

Review 9：Beautiful house with character,spacious bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space,tv and docking station for music.quiet location yet within walking distance of beach,restaurants and the coastal tram.The owner Jan was very helpful- useful advice on how to get to Ghent.De haan is a good place to stay if you have a car and want to visit Bruges,Ghent or even Brussels as the train service from Bruges is excellent just park your car in the train station car park!- 3.50€ a day!

Review 10：The owner was not present at all. It's not worth the price, tooexpensive and they charge 2,50 Euro for coffee/tea and some kind ofbizare tax of 6 percent
