Review 1：There are 4 major areas for improvement: 1) Some personal at reception desk cannot speak English. 2) Russian speaking personal at reception desk required service training – some staff impolite or ignorant to guests (Katerina). 3) Main restaurant overcrowded. 4) Sea beds shall be washed regularly /maintained clean.
Review 2：Hotel makes a good impression. It has good location, beautiful and comfortable facilities, especially Moonlight hotel, friendly beach attendants / staff. There are nice restaurants offering good kitchen and stunning sea view, especially Turkish restaurant.
Review 3：Almost no food options, dirty food, dirty dishes, dirty tables, kitchen, toilet, etc. No AC at corridors, restaurant and cafes, definitely not five star and doesn't worth more than $50/night even less...
