Review 1：I had NO bad experience! Even tho the front lobby was still under renovation there was no noise or disruption to our access.

Review 2：The friendly staff, from the people who keep the common areas clean to the general manager. They are all there for you to have a pleasant stay.

Review 3：We had a very late check-in but the front desk was still very hospitable. Room and hallways were very clean. Booking.com had the best available rates.

Review 20：Stayed at Extended Stay America across the road the night before. It was$6 less, and soooo much better! Walls at this place are paper thin, andeverything is cheaply done. Not only do you hear people in the roomsnext to you, you hear people talking in normal tones down the hall. Notin the hall, in their own rooms! Chairs are uncomfortable. Both my phone& laptop warned of major security threats when I tried to use thewifi. I have never had that at any other place I've stayed, so itmust be something serious. Breakfast is small muffins and coffee. Nowonder this place had plenty of available rooms when the place acrossthe street was full.

Review 22：The lack of cleanliness of the room. See pictures of how my room wasmade up. I kid you not ...that bed was what I came back to after theyhad "cleaned" my room. They replaced the coffee packet but notthe cup of coffee I had left in the maker. Garbage not taken out andthat was what the bathroom looked like when I got back. Insult toinjury, the management didn't even respond. Walls are very thin too.Worst hotel I have stayed at in Denver area.

Review 23：This was a basic hotel which was fine. I went for the deal. I thoughtthe construction would be the problem but in the grand scheme of thingsit wasn'T. I stayed 3 nights and could not wait to leave. When Ireturned to my hotel after a long day of work the on the 3rd day my roomhad been "cleaned". It looked like someone had taken a nap inthe bed, garbage was not taken out, and it was a general sloppy job.Also, that night the internet had major issues and when I called thefront desk the man was condescending and juat said that it was goingslow...30 Minutes to load 4 pages. The women the next day who o showedthe pic of my room to were horrified and very nice and suggested I sendthe pic to management. Those two ladies were the only saving grace forthis property. I am generally not picky or a complainer, and Iwasn't looking for anything but maybe an apology, but the managementhave not even responded to my email. No acknowledgement at all!!! I havealready let my fellow travelers know about this and none of us will bestaying at a Cottonwood Suites again. I can handle basic but dirty andsloppy is another story.

Review 24：There was construction going on that made it a bit confusing. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. And there was a bottle of jelly left in the fridge. There also was no Kleenex to be found anywhere. Continental breakfast was not an option.

Review 26：Let's be real here, this is the cheapest hotel in Westminster, anyone who is traveling on a tight budget is going to choose them regardless of how good of a hotel they are. That being said, my online reservation clearly stated check-out was at noon, yet on my last day in the hotel I had someone trying to hustle me out of my room at 11AM because "they were packed and I needed to be out of there by 11:30" That was obnoxious, but like I said, people aren't paying 60ish dollars/night for a fabulous experience.

Probably only three holes in the head were clear of mineral build up and it was only 2" from the wall with no adjustability.

Review 50：My room was missing the following items: remote for the TV, ironing board, and blow dryer. I received the remote and iron board about a hour after I complained. I was handed the remote and of course it was not programmed to the TV. This was by far not the worst of the visit. I heard adults & children roaming the halls all night long through the paper thin walls. The guests on the floor above me sounded like they were having a dance-off until about 2:00am both nights I stayed. Breakfast consisted of prepackaged bagels, oranges or apples, and juice.

No WiFi as advertised, you could hear noisefrom other rooms, no sounding proofing between walls. Was charged about$65 p/n and they wanted a non refundable $100 deposit if you had adog. That would have almost doubled my rate for a two night stay. Wouldnot stay again.

Review 130：There was little-to-NO hot water in the building, management knew aboutit, and did not let guests know. Paper-thin walls led to normalconversations being heard from the next room at 3 am. A room describedas a "suite" was tiny, had a mediocre kitchen facility, anddid not carry basic essentials (we had to go to the front desk to get atwo-burner hot plate. Other than the manager, everyone else seems to bephoning it in.

Review 131：When we described the myriad of problems we had at the facility, themanager gave us some money back. I think the manager is a good person,but she is fighting an uphill battle with everything going on there.
