Review 1：The rooms are too small. Advertised that we could have added a roll away bed. I don't know where it woukd have fit. Payment system is very bizarre.

Review 2：We liked the cleanliness and presentation of the rooms. The patio and pool area is beautiful.

Review 3：The weekend pricing for Sat. & Sun.. I would not pay 235.00 per nite to stay here. I think 155.00 per nite or lower is a reasonable price per nite.

Review 8：Wi-fi was hit or miss - sometimes we were OK, other times we had a poor signal and had trouble even checking email or searching the web. Bathroom lights were on a timer/motion detector and shut off if I took too long in the shower.

Review 34：Everything was good this trip.The room was quiet. The rooms always look nice , clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always good. I like the yogurt, eggs waffles. I like having a microwave in the room so I can make tea or hot chocolate. The room temperature is good or can be easily adjusted. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Review 39：We have stayed here many times. When we booked, we asked for only 2 things, a quiet, non connecting room When we arrived, the clerk said that only 1 room was available, and it was connecting. He was not willing, or able he said, to helpu. His attitude ws,"Take it or leave it". We ttok it, and it was OK. We felt that he was not going to do any thing for us, at 4;pm.

Review 40：Only thing I could say watch out for is their dog policy. I had familyschedule to stay at this hotel as well. They said they called multipletimes to check in with the hotel regarding the dog, and got a differentstory and price each time including when they checked in. They ended upwalking out and going to a different hotel called The Palms..which is acomparable hotel to Maple Tree. Not sure if that was the hotels issue ormy family'S. But I did email them regarding my dog and never got ananswer so it's possible.

Review 41：Have no complaints. For the price we paid on booking it's an amazingdeal. One the hotels website the price was about double. Hotel isbeautiful and luxurious. Rooms decent size and very clean. All furnitureand facilities are in great shape. Outside pool area was huge with greatseating. Honestly set up looks like they host wedding or parties there.They have firepits and outside bars available. Also had a complementaryhappy hr during the week with food and drinks. Never seen that before.Another I liked was the complimentary soaps and shampoos that hotelsusually offer were awesome. They were actually a decent product, alsowere organic. Can't ask for anything better. Even sent me home withdoggie treats because I had emailed asking about their dog policies butgot no response. Great location. Great breakfast. Everything you needvery close by. Nothing to really complain about

Review 45：The room was extremely cold -- noticably colder than outdoors, and theheating system was inadequate.The building's "we're making improvements" appearance was off-putting. The front desk staff was unknowledgable about the area. After being assured under no uncertainties by a front desk employee that there was absolutely nothing to do after nine pm, we did maybe five minutes of online research, and found something fun to do. Hotel staff should understand that they represent the geographic location where they work to their guests, and should familiarize themselves with the culture and facts about their location.

For the past five or six years (with one exception due to illness) I have booked a room and invited friends for a Super Bowl party and I plan to do so for many years to come. Maple Tree is always clean, comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly. They remember me and seem happy to see me each time I return. I always enjoy my stay.
