Review 1：The back door doesn't lock and more than once have had people sitting on the stairs inside the building late at night , usually asking for a cigarette or change.I know this wouldn't happen if the security door at the back end of building was working properly. Seems to me it's too big of an issue to ignore. I have been startled at times with my arms full of luggage and someone sitting there as I walk into the building.
Review 2：First room I checked into hadn't been cleaned and the bedding was thrown onto the TV stand. The blond haired lady working nights was sincerely apologetic and promptly had me checked into a new cleaned room. ( it wasn't her fault and mistakes happen) I stay at this motel more than a dozen tiimes a month. Never had any problems and staff has always been very kind. Michelle in housekeeping is my favorite , always friendly and good at what she does!!
Review 3：The smell of cigarette smoke. Yes, I had a non-smoker room, but as soon as I entered the hall downstairs and on to upstairs including just outside my room, I smelled it. Inside was fine until I turned on the fan, apparently the smoke then came from outside just below the room (what happened to the 25 feet away thing?) Management should put a 25 foot sign, and segregate smoker-non smoker rooms in separate wings of the facility, not in the same hallway!!!

Review 5：We requested a nonsmoking room but did not get one. When I asked about the room,I was told all rooms had ashtrays. "The nonsmoking rooms had a sticker on the bottom of the ashtrays". I looked at the bottom of the ashtrays,there was no sticker. We hated the smell of the room.

Review 7：We didn't get much sleep. The person in the room above ours stomped around all night and there was a lot of noise in the hall way. There is no carpet in the room so everything echoed.
Review 8：Ask for my bed to be changed on the third day of are stay. I was told I was not on there list for the day but she would do her best. When we got back to the room that night we had clean towels and the bed was not even touched. that was the only disappointment of are stay.

Review 14：Non-smoking hallway smelled very much like smoke, as did our room. Hallways around motel were very sketchy, like out of a horror movie. Don't expect this to be luxurious or even comfortable. It's a bed to sleep in, that's it. You also might run into some drugged out folks.

Review 16：We were told at check in the rooms were quiet. But the construction outside was very noisy and we couldn't sleep. At 2 am in the desk clerk said we could refund at check out. Desk clerk in the morning was a rude lady who would not refund. Shower had mold and there is no place to potty your pets at all.

Review 20：The hallway carpets were filthy and worn out, so stretched they had waves in them that you had to be careful not to trip over. The hallways smelled bad and were very hot. There were cobwebs hanging on the walls near the ceiling and spilled soda or coffee on the walls both in the room and in the bathroom.

Review 22：The bed was a disappointment. Hard as a board, so it was difficult to get to and stay asleep despite the cool room temp. Every morning started with a backache from the bed, not a good way to begin the day. The pillows were of prison quality, small and flat. We did miss an in-room fridge, the cable channel choice was decidedly small, and although there was soap provided, no shampoo was. We realize that this is definitely a low-end motel, so we didn't have much expectation of comfort, but having a good bed is critical no matter what the price level. If you can't sleep in comfort, what's the point?
Review 23：We stayed during July and the temps were over 100 F every day. The air conditioner was great and kept the room nice and cool the whole time. Although we chose the hotel in part because of the pool, we didn't take the opportunity to use it. However, the pool looked very well maintained and clean.

Review 72：When i stayed there on midnight at 12/3/13 the wifi took three hours to function properly and two phone calls to the computer tech, as well as one phone call from the hotel attendant to the tech to get it to work. 3 hours of wasted time for an exhausted person.

Review 78：I was a little disappointed about the bathroom door without a lock. The spacing in the parking lot seemed too tight and appeared other vehicles have backed into the fence. However, I did find a space for my car and I didn't have problem pulling out of the parking lot.
Review 79：The rate for my two-night stay was least of my worries. It accommodated my basic needs since all I needed was a room to sleep and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and a shower. I slept comfortably during my stay with a help of the sound of the pouring rain outside my window.
