Review 1：We had a good experience . My only suggestion is to redecorate the cottage it's a little dated .

Review 2：The cottage was perfect as it allowed for our two large dogs . It had a nice fenced in yard .

Review 3：This place is getting a bit long in the tooth and is ready for a real face lift. only half the outlets worked in the room so if you want to plug in a phone or computer you had to unplug a light. The internet service was poor and the office told me this often happened in the waterfront rooms late in the day and into the evening. then they said, yes they said this, "well we offer free internet, but we dont guarantee it" to which i answered they dont advertise pillows on the beds but it is expected. The truth is the equipment is just old and unreliable. I will gladly stay there again, but not until it is remodeled. Until then it is back to the Hampton Inn.

Review 23：Pirates Cove is located right on the waterfront, with nice views over the harbour area. The rooms are quite spacious and have comfortable beds. Food in the restaurants was very good and reasonably priced. Overall a nice place to stay for couple of days or a weekend.

Review 37：I love this hotel so much . I try to come down once a year and always book a double queen with a balcony and poolside/ dockside view. It's like home away from home. The rooms don't feel like a hotel and are always clean! The location is great because you can walk to a lot of little locations for dining if you don't want to use the tiki bar or restraunt for dinner( but you should because the menu is great) I always have such a nice stay here !

Review 40：The trains at night would blow their horns many times, disrupting what would be an otherwise perfect stay. The train tracks are very close to this Resort as well as a residential neighborhood area, so the town of Stuart should enforce a quiet zone for between midnight and 6AM, unless its an emergency situation.

Review 41：Beautiful Rooms overlooking the Marina with a heated pool and wonderful restaurant. The staff were very nice. We also stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage for 3 nights and it had a full kitchen and a backyard patio. Those bedrooms were also very comfortable.

We were not able to use our balcony nor open the door to our balcony because of the fact our room would fill up with smoke. This was not the hotels fault but I did report it the first day and the other guest continued to do this for the 3 days of our stay !

If there was free Wi-Fi we were nottold about it, there was mold in my shower, the pillows were old andhard, the floors were dirty from the time we walked into our room. Forthe price wepaid $175 night. Will not return.

Review 58：Shower pressure is fantastic. Pelicans in the water 20 yards off our balcony. Restaurant food was good, fresh fruit. Free coffee in lobby. The music was not a problem from the bar... we couldn't hear it at all from our room (barely outside either).

Review 83：We stayed awiting the completion of a refurbishing of a boat and had to stay there two different times. The first reservation took 27 minutes on my phone since I was constantly being put on hold. Finally she took my name and telephone number and said she would call me back for the credit card but assured me we had the rooms reserved. When we showed up the rooms were not as promised but I goes a handicap room instead. The toilet was filthy with a brown and yellow ring around the inside bowl. The floors were dirty and the tv was broken but they did send security personnel to replace it. They still use bedspreads which are not used very often because they are rarely cleaned and usually not to sanitary. When I told the desk clerk the next morning he just shrugged his shoulders. The good is horrible. I ordered nachos for a first course and they came out ridiculously soggy and had to be eaten with a fork if you wanted them. No use complaining here either. I ordered an entre and received an entire different one with overly deep fried shrimp that was somewhat hard. Admittedly, the second trip there to pick up the boat for our trip, proved to be a better experience. Lunch was again barely palatable and we went to another restaurant for dinner was excellent. We left at 6 am and a different clerk was pleasant along with the dock master and fuel attendant. When going by boat your options are very limited as to where to stay. The general appearance of the hotel and rooms need to be updated.

There was visible dirt on the floors, dried blood or chocolate on the interior room door, hair in the bathtub, and what appeared to be lotion or conditioner that started to dry on the bathroom door. They also needed to dust the furniture. For the prices they charge, I expected much more.

Review 87：The front staff could be a lot friendlier and more helpful. We ended up having three issues within our four night stay. Our air conditioner was not working properly and the room was very uncomfortable. After reporting it to the office they sent up 2 men, both agreed it was not working properly. Later a gentleman returned to look at the unit. He said he reset it and turned it off. We were instructed to wait ten minutes and turn it back on. It still didn't cool. We notified the office and were told, " we are full and I don't know how to say this, but you can tough it out or you can check out." The next day we reported it to the office and were told they would be moving us to a room a few doors down and they would contact us. We spent the morning in the room waiting and wasting vacation and sunshine. We finally asked the office to contact us on our cell phone so we could enjoy some time at the pool. At 3:00 we still hadn't received a call so we returned to the office. At that time we were told that the unit had been changed and it should really be pumping out cold air. We returned to our room only to find no change at all. At that time they changed our room. The next day the pool was closed because they did some painting. I asked office when I could expect it to reopen and was told, " I really can't say, it's not to sunny out so it could be awhile." I happened to run into one of the gentleman I spoke with the night before concerning our air condition problem and he said give it 30 more minutes. When I went to the office to print our boarding passes the printer wouldn't print. I asked the person at the front desk if it was working and I got a long story about it was acting up the day before and all computers were very slow and she thought it has something to do with the weather.

Review 88：The restaurant staff were great. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. We didn't have a car, but didn't need one because every thing we needed was there. Liked the pool and tiki bar areas. Our 2nd room was very comfortable.
