Review 1：It's just little things that one expects a fancy hotel to do... like treating you with respect. I didn;t eat many meals after the first two dasy there because the service quite frankly gave me the feeling that the kitchen would be terrible as far as cleanliness and doing things right. Even if you hate your job, pretend you like it.

Review 2：I stayed there for 5 nights over Christmas. Hard to rate staff, the front desk, concierge, and parking staff were terrific, but the food handlers, servers were mixed. Some were good some were awful, none were excellent. I used the hotel for numerous meals. The coffee shop was the worst and the guy making omelets needs customer service training. Might be a good cook but needs peopel skills. The barmaids were good.

Review 3：I loved the location of the hotel and its proximity to the culture and life line of Austin and how close resturants and live music were near by. The hotel was very clean and the staff very respectful and receptive.

The bed was too hard and if one wants to use the exercise room, then one has to walk passed people in dress, while being in shorts and sweating. Most TV channels did not work and CNN was not among the channels that did work.

Review 26：Overpriced for what I paid. I payed extra for the club level and was not impressed with the room as it did not look as advertised. I payed $30 extra for club level amenities which was sparse compared to other hotels. The available breakfast was not worth the cost.

Very disappointed that management did not care about any of the issues that they caused . Also my internet would not work and they automatically switched me to tech support instead of making sure they spelled my name right and after waiting on hold 36 min I hung up and had to say before you just transfer me lets make sure you have my name right and sure enough nope Then after all that they changed me for Internet since they did not have my name spelled correct ... So disappointed
