Review 1：The single most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. The roomsmelled bad. There were stains on the comforter and stains in theshower. Nothing about this property felt safe. I was woken up by a partyin the next room at 3:30 am, and it took three calls to the front deskto break it up. I wish I'd just stayed at home.

Review 3：The front desk clerk check us in to the wrong room after giving her myid. Went up to the floor requested a non smoking room which was fine buthallway smelt of stale smoke and bleach not a good combo went into theroom there was no iron or board no clock and then when we use therestroom the first time it didn't flush because the water to thetoilet was off we turned the water on went back down and was talked tolike I was 3 and didn't know how to flush a toilet one of the ownerswent back with us and insisted that everything is new and it all worksit's a good room over all there is a motel 6 2 miles up the road ina better neighborhood for the same price go there

Review 5：This was a terrible experience for us. The reception staff barely spoke to us (not sure whether he could speak English), the area was not appealing and we felt really unsafe, there was a revolving door of people in and out and the room next to us (whom we shared a connecting door) appeared to be a working girl as she was continually on her phone throughout the night (which we heard everything!) told her caller she would 'text them the address' and 10 minutes later a knock would be heard on her door, a man would enter and they would proceed to have sex (again, we heard everything!), he would then leave and she would get back on the phone. Over the two nights we stayed, she had 4 visitors night 1 and 6 visitors night 2! We could not get out of there quick enough! We are terribly disappointed with our stay here and feel it impacted upon the visit there and will not be returning!
Review 6：The maids put very dirty stained bedsheets and comforters on both beds. When I asked for new sheets she just handed me sheets expecting me to do her job and change the sheets. The new sheets were clean but the comforter was still stained with bleach and whatever else was on there. Both new blankets she gave me had gigantic bleach stains right in the middle, likely from someone peeing on them. The maid probably should have thrown those out.

Review 8：the elevator is broken and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Would not have been bad except for carrying bags and a young child its dangerous as well as exhausting

Review 10：the toilet was broken and would not flush during the whole visit without pouring water with the ice bucket. also elevator was broken and I had a 5 month old baby to carry and my friend that stayed with me was disabled. also could not get the remotes to work on the tv. just so many things run down and not working. we did complain but nothing was done.

Review 12：The towels had stains on them. The elevator was broken. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while and the laminate floors in the rooms were dusty under the bed. There was tile mastic and grout on the walls and other surfaces in the restroom. They offer no complementary shampoo, conditioner and do not have a hair dryer in the hotel at all. Super cheap though...
Review 13：When we first arrived we were informed we were on the third floor, but the elevator was down. Ok I can work with that. We got to the room and yes it had been refurbished but extremely bare looking. Went to turn on the tv and it didn't work. The remotes had no back and when we went to call downstairs the guy said can you bring the remotes down here? Sure I love going up and down flights of dirty stairwells. Then the phone wasn't even hooked up in the first place! We had to find the cord to plug it in. It was quiet and clean yes. But the toilet broke in the middle of the night and I had to fix it. It was CRAZY. I won't be staying there again needless to say.

Review 17：There was a burn hole in my blanket. Tissue stuffed into a hole in the wall. The room did not look inviting. The hotel lined dingy and dark. Being that I was traveling alone I would not want to go outside of of my room. The hallways were badly lit and elevators were not working. I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs. I was attending a wedding and had numerous bags to carry. Never again. I would not recommend this to anyone.
Review 18：I stayed in a renovated room, but the quality of work done on the room was of poor quality. I did not like that there was only one outlet in the room. I did not like the full size untinted window inches from the parking lot. I did not like having to keep the curtains closed at all times.

No iron, refrigator and even a small oven. we asked for an iron and the employee at the front desk said it's with someone and i can't call him to return it back, once he finished will bring it. That took a full night period till we get it the next morning. we booked for king size bed and they gave us a queen size bed since they were out of king size bed with no refund. No breakfast except the coffee and tea. This motel is one of my worst experience ever and I don't recommend it to anybody at all.

Review 85：They were currently renovating the hotel and our room was already done but still looked DIGUSTING! Mold-stains on the shower curtain, the toilet wasn't cleaned, a smoke smell in the room and the windows were blocked, the furniture was broken, the A/C turned on for a couple of seconds even if you turned it off and the toilet keeps flushing. There was no ice machine on our floor and also the elevator looked like we were in some ghetto. I understand (hope) it will get better after the renovation but still, we've paid full price for a horrible stay. Last thing; they call this location downtown but it wasn't downtown at all!

Police were there every night. My daughter was fearful of her life staying here. Id ask for a refund but I'm not sure how to ask. The graffiti in the elevator should've been an indicator when we arrived.
