Review 1：The pool was a bit on the chilly side for the time of year.

Review 2：The bed was so very comfortable. Lot's of comfortable pillows which was also very nice. The sitting area also very comfortable.

Review 3：Location. Too hidden. And all major things such as mall and good clothing store are a forever walk away.

Review 4：Staff, bedroom size. Comfort. All felt like luxary without too high a cost!

Review 5：The room was clean and modern looking. Everything was as expected as far as the room. only issue was the "wet dog" smell that was concentrated in our room. Besides that the place is nice and I would recommend it to others.

Review 6：Fire alarms went off three times in the night. Found swimming goggles under our bed so not sure how well the room was cleaned. Toilet paper holder was a pen in the bathroom the towel rack in the bathroom was broken. Won't be staying there again and have told others about our stay as well.

Review 7：We thought it unusual there was an activated Porn Channel in our room #228. We were glad we had no children. There is no chair pad under the chair at the computer and the ceramic tile is slippery. As I was getting up, the chair went out from under me, and I fell flat on my back bumping the back of my head.

Review 8：Very convenient to where we wanted to be. Room was large and well equipped. Except for "Mother Nature" having a fit the first night, it was quiet. The storm was long and hard.

Review 9：Constantly running out of breakfast items. Attendant restocked only after someone tracked him down to let him know, if they could even find him. Make sure you know how to get here, a little bit hard to find the first time

Review 10：Our room was huge, was not expecting that. The bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly, gave excellent dining and sightseeing suggestions. Very pleasant experience, will stay there again.

Review 11：We set our bags up a certain way and we know the housekeeper went through our stuff while we were gone. We found one of our bags open. We also found two pairs of dirty socks under the bedskirt that were not ours. We told the front desk bad they acted as if they didn't care. He had nothing to say. Not even sorry. Plus the guy at the desk stinks of B.O.

Review 16：The location was perfect for me since I was visiting family who live only a few miles away. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the room was clean, comfortable and attractive. And the fitness room was very nice too.

Review 20：Selena greeted me at the door with a great smile and welcome. Don was working behind the desk and was surly and barely smiled. To top it off I had called to confirm I would be able to bring my pet with me. I was travelling across the country and wanted to make sure. Selena had answered when I called and assured me no problem. Don saw me out in the parking lot walking my dog and while I was standing there asked Selena "are you going to ask her if she has a pet" making me feel as if I was trying to hide something. It was incredibly rude as he had already checked me in and this all happened after the fact. When I checked in he had not requested the $20 for my pet and made sure to comment about that in front of me as though I was not standing right there. I told him I would gladly pay if he had not included it. I did take the money down to him and have absolutely no clue if he kept it for himself or if he actually applied it to my account or not I was given no receipt for it. Don was a horrible ambassador for the property and is not someone who should be on the front line.

Review 21：A little noisy, hard to find... address on website didn't match real address so gps couldn't find it and broken black-out curtain in room.

Review 23：This hotel was fine. Not outstanding, and not disappointing. The pool was clean, as was our room. However, we were in a room right next to the pool and stairs, so it was rather noisy. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was not that bad. The staff was great. My one year old has a hard time sleeping without a fan going, and we forgot to pack one. I asked the front desk for one. The gentleman looked for one and brought it to our room. The only really disappointing part was the continental breakfast. We were there three mornings, and each day all that was offered was scrambled (microwaved) eggs and sausage patties (also microwaved), as well as cereals ans yogurts. The attendant did keep things well stocked and clean, though.

Review 24：The room on the return, the 7th of June. Towel rack in the bathroom was missing, the cabinet were the fridge was would not close. The room had a mildew smell to it.

Review 26：I mean, tiny. If the pull out bed was open you better not need to use the bathroom, bc you would have to climb over the bed to get there. Pool was way over chlorinated. Breakfast was mediocre at best. And finding the place was nearly impossible.

Review 37：When we returned on our 2nd day (late afternoon) the room had not been cleaned at all. We contacted front desk, who said we could either come get clean towels or switch to a different room. I opted for a different room, but then the key didn't work, the phones didn't work, and the TV remote wasn't working and we had to reset the TV. Took about 2 - 3 trips up and down to get it settled but was never offered an apology OR for someone to bring the items to us/correct the issue. UGH. Staff on first night was awesome, so I was really disappointed.

Review 38：Beds are very comfortable and rooms are a nice size. Love the 2 queen beds -- breakfast was reasonable (nothing too fancy but kids were happy) Nice pool and hot tub is good size. Mostly quiet despite the construction and it being New Years Eve. We would stay again.

Review 39：Only complain I have is there was construction going on and they were laying new flooring so the main entrance was closed so we had to go thru the pool area which was fine but there was not clear direction on How to get ahold of someone to check in since we could not enter the lobby, we finally found a maid who wasn't sure what to do either, she finally found someone to help us

Review 41：It was a bit confusing on how to enter the property. You had to wind through business parking lots. It was under construction and during breakfast the waffle irons would flip the breakers, so you got to enjoy breakfast in the dark until they were turned back on.

Review 47：1- Very difficult to find a way to the motel from Dodge Street. Not sure there's much to be done about it though. 2- The sink would not drain. We asked them to look at it on Sunday but nothing was done. Perhaps there weren't any maintenance personel available. 3- Parking lot needs restriping, spaces and angle to front of building make it difficult to park larger vehicles like pickup trucks.

When we get there they told us that room wasn't available and gave us a supposed "upgrade" yea, right. It was smaller, and uncomfortable. They offered no apology or compensation. Review 76：It is difficult to find the hotel, because there is no street sign on the road where the hotel is located. This makes it difficult to tell people how to get there. A street sign or Best Western sign pointing the way would be a big help.

Review 80：Smell of natural gas in the hallways. Pillows and bed were hard, carpet felt dirty/greasy. The person looking after the breakfast room told me off for overfilling the waffle iron but there were no instructions telling you how full to fill the plastic cups.

Review 82：Stayed there for the smoking rooms and cost. Might want to spray the smoking rooms with some febreeze it really helps the smell bothered me and I smoke. I think some people must blow the smoke right into the furniture or something I realize you can only do so much but I've been in other smoking rooms and you couldn't even tell. Febreeze is amazing. I usually bring my own just in case and didn't this time and actually needed it.

The person in charge the breakfast was not happy when people knock the door asking top-up foods.
