Review 1：The AC was shut off at night and we were not able to sleep because we were sweating. Some of the staff was rude and impersonal. Pool is advertised as all year but in the winter is only heated to 85 which is below the normal body temperature so unless you want to do a polar plunge it's a no go.

Review 2：Beautiful hotel and great location. We were able to walk to everything and didn't need a car.

Review 3：Wait staff in H Bar (night) was terrible. Waited on 3 tables that sat down after us. Had to ask her to come over for service. Dropped the check and never came back (after 1 drink) Took money and had to leave it behind the bar to pay the tab. No one would come over to cash it out. Breakfast folks were awesome though. :)

Review 21：The hotel room was very clean. The location is fantastic. I did a lot of research on all of the hotels in the area...the more pricier ones were not as clean as this one. The only thing I would request is face towels and wash clothes. We only had large bath towels.

Review 26：The customer service needs improvement. I did not receive housekeeping service even though I had the sign on the door. I finally got towels and washcloths at night after calling the front desk twice throughout the day. Pool is useless. Valet is expensive. Park in the lot across the street. You have to swipe you room key to ride the elevator. Imagine doing this with a car full of patrons.....not good.

We asked four times during our stay for room service and they finally did the night before we left then they charged us more than needed and recommended we get a car instead of a taxi because it was cheaper, it sure wasn't and we got the rudest and totally inappropriate driver with it! On both occasions we got a car :-( It was scary for my daughter and I. Upon our departure i was asked for my email address for management to contact me and I'm still waiting! I would never return there again and will make sure that all my networks family & friends who go to america know not to go to this hotel.

Was told we had to wash our own glasses! Only provided towels for 2 people, even though there was three people in the room.

I get to room, it's a standard 1 bedroom .. I think I got hosed for the amount of money I paid and hotel wouldn't do anything as far as switching room

But given between the two, I'd rather be in an enclosed and monitored area. The type of clientele this hotel attracts would seemingly be more mature and professional; however, many guests were young, rude, boisterous, and immature.

Review 42：Service was prompt and friendly, the complementary breakfast spread was delicious, and my room was clean and crisp! Very modern and sophisticated atmosphere. Appreciate the fact that the key was required to enter the premises and operate elevator. It keeps it more private and guest oriented.

Complementary breakfast buffet and omelette station was delicious! Valet guys were great...we left our tickets in the car and they had no problem going to get them for us.

Breakfast was also excellent! Made-to-order omlettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. Good low carb options. We would stay here again!

Review 75：I wondered why the rate was so cheap and when I got to the hotel and saw all the contraction going on directly in front of the hotel which makes it almost impossible to get to I thought maybe that's why. But the room I wanted and yhe one that was given to me were completely different and the room I want is $50 so I'm here and I paid the difference but I'm not happy at all not to mention I'm on the 16th floor and can hear the construction all the way in my room. The pictures online have 2 couches and I only have 1 and the room is much smaller than I anticipated. We should probably get some more updated pictures online. I love the Hyatt stayed at one in DC 2 weeks ago. I'm staying at one tonight and have another reservation next weekend at the Hyatt Place Downtown Charlotte but this experience disappointed me.

Offered a king room but not at a lower price, Member of staff didn't seem to care or explain the situation very well. Expensive accommodation and parking without a high level of customer service..wouldn't stay again.

The personnel is very respectful and nice, besides not always extremely smart. Overall a very nice experience.
