Review 1：The construction noise of renovation of other rooms, along with parking spaces taken up with construction trailers, nightly train noise / horn, and loud fan coil unit every time it came on.

Review 3：The only thing that spoiled my stay was the fact that I had an outs room at the back of the hotel and the noise from the trains woke me up, something I did not experience on my first visit

Review 6：Unfortunately, I left my Kindle tablet at the room when we left. Crystal, who answered the phone when I realized my error, was extremely efficient in helping me. She went to the room contacted the cleaning staff and called me with the Kindle in 20 minutes. We can't thank all of them enough. Great job.

Review 7：reserved a gound floor room but was given a 2nd floor with NO elevator Was uncomfortable carrying bags up and down stairs since my husband and I both have mobility issues. Won't go back, might put us up on the roof next time. the carpet in the room was filthy, looked like it hadn't been clean in years, dark spots everywhere.

Rug is filthy, door is dirty from previous guestsdirty hands, tub was clogged, during my shower I was standing in apuddle of water, and a dirty hand print was on the tiles. The moldysmell in the room was so bad we had to go down the street to Publix tobuy Lysol spray and clorox wipes to clean the room. We spent one nightand checked out the next day, cut our weekend short because Icouldn't bathe in that horrible tub again, and I sure did not wantanother dirty room. I will go to Orbitz and your website and write myreview there. Renovation is so necessary

Review 13：We booked for 5 nights. Upon deciding to stay an extra night they rewarded us with a significantly higher rate for the extra night. Great way to attract business. The unkempt front desk person acted as though I was cutting in on her personal time. On Sunday March 8th we missed the breakfast cut off time due to daylight savings time going into effect the night before. Instead of the staff saying oh we're sorry let's see if we can get you something, they seemed delighted that we lost out on breakfast, with a better luck next time attitude.The day before checking out I received a call from the front desk stating my credit card was short by $43.00 for authorization. Upon reporting to the office to take care of thye matter, I discovered that the reason for the authorization rejection was because an erroneous amount of $ 158.00 was attempted to be charged prior to them charging the $ 43.00 which caused the deficiency in the amount to be authorized. The front desk insisted they did not try to charge an additional $ 158.00 to my card in spite of the fact that I showed them the print out from my bank showing "Best Western as the source of the charge. This took about a half hour to reconcile. The only decent helpful staff member was a manager by the name of Nimesh Patel who was courteous and took a genuine interest in resolving the over charge issue. The rest of the staff were rude and uncaring. I will never go back !

Review 15：The room smelled and we heard trains going by about 5 times during the night. We could not sleep. We asked to be be put by the pool, but were told we would have to change rooms in the middle of our stay.

Review 75：The location of the hotel ...not so good. first impression upon driving by was somewhat negative. front of the hotel is deceiving....nothing to catch the eye or inviting. the front needs "TLC" and lots of it. beautification is the "word".....oh, and no p'nut butter at breakfast......"what is that all about." Review 78：We had 6 adults and a two year old in our group. We had 3 rooms at the hotel. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. Two rooms had king beds, one room had two double beds. The swimming pool was huge and the foliage is so pretty. Our breakfast was wonderful. Scrabbled eggs, bagels, bacon, waffles yogurt, juice, cereal, toast, and muffins. Three of our group enjoyed drinks in the lounge. One in our group used the fitness room. We stayed one night and the next day went to Roger Dean Stadium to see the Cardinals play the Braves.

Review 92：The room was very clean, with the bathroom recently renovated. The complementary breakfast was the nicest in a long time. The attendant was very friendly, refreshing coffee, and I would guess that she made the fresh scrambled eggs. VERY NICE!!
