Review 1：I was expecting a tube like in the pictures. that was the main reason i went , but i just got a bathroom with no door.

Review 2：the bed was nicley made. it looked clean with a nice tv. The front lady at the desk was amazingly nice.

Review 3：We stayed there due to bad weather. We weren't sure if we wanted to stay another night & was told they would hold that room until we decided as long as it was before checkout. Got up to our room and was told the room was no longer available.

Review 7：Arrived very late after a horrible experience at a Super 8 Hotel just down the road from The Sleep Inn. I was greeted with a smile and given a great room to relax/sleep in prior to having to be up early to fly out of Omaha.

Review 8：Was placed at the end of the hall as a single woman--not my favorite. Noise in the room next door so loud I couldn't sleep. Finally called front desk at 2:20 am, she had to ask which room number was next to me. They did quiet down after she phoned them.

Review 16：We have been staying here for years. Every time we have an early flight out of Omaha. 5 or 6 times a year we do a long weekend in STL and leave our vehicle in the lot. On other trips we park at the airport. The attendant argued with me about parking. Not the fact that the regulation was no short term parking rather that I was not telling the truth about parking in the back for a two day trip. And then proceeded to quiz me on my wake-up time to get a shuttle for a 6am flight. Long story short, yes we are getting old but not old enough to know we are not welcome. We will be staying across the street at IHIE.

Review 17：Every thing was fine, EXCEPT the stool did not flush well. My daughter stayed there a week later and had the same problem in the room where she stayed. I suggest a good plumber.

One of the night desk people are selling their car so they park it near the door in the handicap space. Saturday night was party city there. Yep no thank you, not again

Review 63：I had a difficult time getting my heavy suitcase to the second floor since there was no elevator and I had had recent back surgery.

Review 64：The staff was very accommodating considering we were all stuck there with cancelled flights. Shuttle service picking us up from the airport was a bit slower than other hotel shuttles, but they may have gotten the word later that the airport had reopened. Shuttle service in the morning was very timely. I loved the fact that they started serving breakfast so early for those of us catching very early flights.

When we told the guy at the desk, he just shrugged. We also requested a wake-up call for 4am as we had a plane to catch. We didn't receive one. Again when we told the guy at the desk, he said oh sorry. I didn't feel like he cared at all! We chose to use their parked car service through budget, not knowing that as on April 1st (the next day) their contract with budget was severed! We had difficulty finding our car with budget on our return from our vacation. We will never stay at this hotel ever again.
