Review 1：No elevator. WiFi iffy, but every hotel I have been in for the last 3 years has this problem.

Review 2：Easy to find, no frills, clean. Was NOT a chain, and local owners. Located next to a grocery store.

Review 3：BEWARE - we didn't realise that goods trains operated through night - woken every hour by 2 blasts from train horn!! Breakfast a joke. Pack of pastries purchased from supermarket next door just chucked on table unopened.

Review 9：Room was clean, but very worn..carpet stains, frayed carpet, older furniture. I did like that it had a fridge with a freezer compartment and a microwave. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 10：The weight room was closed an the hot tub was broke, no towels pool side which the pool and office where at opposite ends of the building. Our key would never work in the room door.

Review 12：The train!!! Every 2 hours or less there was one (at 5-600ft), whistling every time. Not easy to fall asleep.

Review 14：The only real complaint I have is with the owner. We checked in and I paid for the room. About an hour later, after we had unloaded our stuff and left the hotel, I received a phone call from the clerk stating that they were going to have to charge me more because the owner came in and looked at the rate and said I had reserved the room at a winter rate and I had switched to a double room. Mind you I reserved this room months in advance for my daughters graduation. The poor girl at the desk had to call me and tell me they were going to charge me more. I have never had a place of business do that before and I feel that is horrible customer service. They said they had problems with booking.com giving wrong rate. Here's my problem. They should have honored the rate I was quoted and if they have a problem with the rates quoted, they should contact booking.com. I had no choice but to go with it because it was graduation weekend and everything else was booked and we had already unloaded and we not at the hotel. They should have just eaten the mistake and went on. It really was not my problem. I have never heard of someone calling and doing what they did

Review 15：I have three young children and was afraid to bring my children outside Of my room there were drug addicts crawling all over this place the shower curtain was stained no coffee filter for the coffee pot the hot tub was out of order the grounds outside were very unkempt I feel I paid more than I should have the housekeeper was persistent about asking when we would check out which was an hour before check out time most of the towels were ripped and should have been used as rags or thrown away the front desk person wasn't at the desk almost everytime I was in and when I was she was on the phone not with any customers but for personal use all in all I was very unimpressed and the website for the motel was very deceiving

Review 23：I called the desk to confirm shortly after I booked. The desk indicated that the hotel was filled up and had been for some time. The hotel said they had contacting booking.com to stop reserving rooms as they were full. Basically, I was booked but there was no room (big concert in Missoula and all hotels were full). So, I assumed I did not have a room. About 9:00 PM on Aug 5th while at the concert I received a call from the Thunderbird saying I had not showed up. I did not plan to stay there after talking to the person at the desk back in June.

Review 24：The breakfast was non existent, the bathroom, the carpet and the beds needed updating. The whole hotel had a damp feeling. The parking was lacking, was advertised as by the river but were not able to get to it.

Finally she called Budget Hotel a block down the street and gotus the last room available there... Very poor managment!!!!!!

Older place but well maintained, updated and clean. Pool was nice as well, and well located in old part of Missoula near freeway access. Thanks to them for making our stay enjoyable!

Review 37：Hotel did not have my room reservation. There was only one room left (smoking), the king w/jacuzzi for $117. We had requested 2 queens non-smoking which was cheaper at $85. This king room also had a ceiling portion that was hanging down over the jacuzzi and a long crack in ceiling that fortunately was not over the bed. The room needs updating, cheezy bed & spread & pillows. The room is old and therefore the jacuzzi tub had stains, carpet looked dingy & dirty. The furniture needs to be rearranged so you had the TV straight across to view instead to the side. The room may have been clean but being old it didn't look like it. We got up early to get out of Dodge.

Review 84：My reservation was never processed by the motel. When I arrived the night clerk knew nothing and was given a different room. The bed stank of peoples ass, the lounge chair had not been cleaned in years and was stained, the shower head trickled water and was loose that it came off, the water pipes were rusted and gave out brownish water, I could not sleep properly and was not in a good mood the next morning. This was a bad experience and will not stay there again.
