Review 1：Not one bad experience.

Review 2：I liked everything about his place, from the kitchenette to the smiles and Hellos from all of the staff. Great home away from home.

Review 3：The only negative thing about our room is that the AC does not have an off setting (if it does we couldn't figure it out) it either constantly runs a loud fan, or runs heat or AC so the temperature room is never comfortable for more than a few minutes. Charlie (again from the front desk) assisted us to his best ability with the system, but its simply the way it is designed. The wifi was also a little (a lot) slow, and we were often disconnected while using it. The free breakfast is great in theory, and was hot, but there weren't a lot of options, and there was no way to grab something on your way out the door because no disposable dishes are provided. But these are all small nitpicks of an overall great hotel, except for the AC, which would have been a deal breaker had everything else not been so great.

Review 4：Charlie at the front desk really made our stay great, he saw that we were conferring about what to give my girlfriend for her headache, and provided us aspirin for it. He gave out information when needed, and was super helpful. Thanks Charlie! Beside that, the beds were super soft and comfortable, the room clean, and the kitchen well stocked, (though a stronger trash bag may have been nice). The room is laid out fantastically so that it seems at least twice the size it actually is. We never heard a sound from neighbors on either side, though I'm not sure if there was anyone staying in those two rooms. The location is right near where I was working, and close to the airport, but in a much nicer area than immediately surrounding the airport itself. We felt very safe, and had an overall great stay, especially for the very reasonable rate we paid.

Review 5：Lots of noise through the night. Easy to hear people walking outside of the room aND upstairs, not very soundproof. There was a sound like something trying to start .... ac? Not sure but it clicked every 10 seconds all night long.

Review 39：Our toilet clogged the first time we used the bathroom, and it took a while for the staff to fix it. The room is not sound proof at all. Heard car doors shutting and people outside talking all night. The people in the adjoining room could be heard when they were talking as well.

Review 40：The room was laid out pretty well, the bed was extremely comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the fact that the room came with a fully equipped kitchen(flat top stove, aluminum pot and pan, knife set, silverware, coffee pot). The room was very clean, smelled pleasant, and was very cozy overall. I loved the way they had the washing liquids in wall dispensers in the shower, and the shower head was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly as well, and they even have a shop area for you to buy chops and drinks directly at the counter!

Review 41：our sheets where not changed and should have been, lack of towels only 2 bath towels in room and after housekeeping only two left even though they took at more, bed was made and clear the sheets where dirty could be hotel policy.

I was not told that when I reserved the room, or when I checked in, and I did not receive a discount that would pay for the breakfast I had to purchase for my family of 6 since there was no breakfast (outside of some fruit and some granola bars provided).
