Review 1：Prices were a bit high, possibly because of Football playoffs. A place to plug in our electric vehicle would have been so awesome! Shower base could use some attention for cleanliness.

Review 25：We got to the hotel around 11 pm after a long day at the airport. On our reservation we requested a crib for our 17 month old. It was not ready when we arrived. I had to call several times to get one. When we finally did get one, it was broken and did not have a pad in the bottom of it. We requested a new one, which took forever. Our poor exhausted baby did not get to even be laid down until about 12:20 at night. I find this completely unacceptable. We should have had a working one ready for us upon our arrival. Not over an hour after we got up to our room.

Review 28：I loved the modern look of the rooms. I also loved the value for such a roomy suite. There was a kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and dish detergent. I loved the walk in shower and separate sink. The outside furniture was gorgeous, and very comfortable. Hotel staff assisted me with anything I asked for.

Review 29：The room was a little dirty! The bathroom floor had black hairs everywhere! I had to put towels down to walk on! The kitchen floor had been swept, but it looked like they just put what was swept in etween the counter and the wall. The TVs worked on different channel system, so the TV Guide that is provided was not the correct one in the bedroom so it was a little frustrating trying to figure out what channel were what!

Review 31：This hotel exceeded my expectations of a visit to the city. The staff was very friendly for the most part. The restaurant upstairs at the rooftop was very much a great addition. When I visit the city , there's no doubt that I would be staying at this location.

Review 32：The eating utensils during breakfast were not as clean as I would have liked them to be. There was dried on food on a few. The tissue box in our room had dirty tissues stuffed back in the box. We have young children and I was a bit uncomfortable with the partying that went on a few rooms down. It smelled like they were smoking in the building. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit.

Many guests were crude, loud, and very crass. The room was just okay. The appearance is pretty shabby and needs a serious update. Review 63：The main reason I booked this hotel was because they had a shuttle to and from the airport. We told them the night before what time we had to leave and after 20 minutes of the shuttle not being there, they called the shuttle driver and he said there was lots of traffic. We asked if they could call a taxi and they did. We were at the airport within 10 minutes without hitting any traffic. Had to spend $25 on a taxi when I called the hotel before I booked and they assured me the shuttle would take us there at the time we asked for one.

Review 69：Everything about the Hyatt House was outstanding. From the beautiful design of the building to the gorgeous rooms! Loved having a small suite so I could have more room to relax in. The shower was wonderful by the way! Had a good meal at the H Bar and it was reasonably priced. The best part though of my stay was the staff. From the moment I walked in til the moment I left, everyone was friendly and helpful. The young lady I most interacted with was Melissa. Beautiful lady with an amazing personality. Made me feel at home!

Review 70：I've stayed in other places for a lot more money and all they provided was a bed and a tv. Hyatt house has a separate bedroom, a tv in each room, plus a living room and kitchen area. Even dishes, cookware, and silverware were provided. I will definitely stay here again.

Review 75：We checked in this hotel as a groupe of 5 and stayed for 2 nights. Had a really nice experience. This hotel is just completely renovated and everything is new. The staff was extremely friendly and very considerate. We booked 3 rooms and the front desk staff upgraded us to two 2-room suites, which are much better and convenient for our stay. The suite rooms are very spacious, with kitchen, work table and living area and bathrooms for each bedroom! The rooms are very clean and the bed are absolute comfortable. Keep up the good job! We will defintely stay here again next time!
