Review 1：No service for clean towels. Had to be moved twice. Soap dish and tile came off in shower. Air conditioning/heat unit did not work in second room. Maintenance personnel and manager more helpful at front desk than clerk was.

Review 3：Very dirty, front desk lady was rude, fire alarm was hanging from ceiling, stains all over. The building was very unkept, bathroom wasn't clean. Would not recommend couples with children To stay there, wad afraid to sleep in bed

Review 5：I had to leave because I first didn't have any batteries in theremote couldn't call from the room because there was no phone so Iwalked to get some for the tv remote then the tv wouldn't work somaintenance came to fix the tv and plus were missing so he had to unplugit. There were used matches on the bed and hair in the tub the laststraw was the bug that came out of the hole in the wall in the bathroom.Then when I tried to get my money back an hour later they told me Icouldn't because I had been there to long.

Review 9：Great price for good service. Very comfy. Not a bad location, since parking in the city was easy and cheap.

Review 10：They bannedd me from WiFi because I was using peer-to-peer software. It is a good precaution against downloading illegal software (which I totally was not doing by the way, you can use P2P for downloading legit things), it wasn't a temporary ban or anything. The reception for WiFi was also not really good. They had a timer for the shower. It took me a while to figure it out since there weren't any instructions.

Review 11：The entry doors were filthy and smeared, there was condensate on the upper glass along with cob webs from the inside. When you first enter, immediately you can smell body odor and cigarette smoke.. Even in the room you could smell this. I could not sleep due to the smell.. Wife could not get the bathtub to plug.

Review 12：Website stated free wifi...couldn't get enough signal to watch a movie....the TV/cable is very poor quality....website also states free breakfast and there wasn't any...and staff need to learn to smile!

Review 14：The hallways was dark (not a lot of bright lighting -typical of an older hotel) and water stains in the overhead detract from the room we had. A little investment in appearance would go a long way. The staff, although very friendly, were hard to identify since the all wore general street clothing. A slightly more professional look and a name badge would go a long way to make the hotel more appealing to travelers.

Review 15：Staff was very friendly, room was clean and A/C was cold!! This is an older hotel and not a top hotel chain, but for the money, you can't beat it!! No food on premises but restaurants nearby... Thanks!!

Review 16：The hotel is old and desperately needs a remodel. While my room was reasonably clean, the common areas need repair and were wuite dirty. The staff needs to exhibit a more professional image. When I asked about an ash tray, I was handed an empty pop bottle (which I declined) & told that she had not been to dollar store to pick up any.

Review 18：The woman at the front desk didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in and once we did get checked in she didn't give us any useful information most hotel clerks would give you, like the wifi password or even when check out was. The main hallway was dirty and the carpet was stained. Our room smelled bad, the wifi barely worked, and everything just seemed gross. The kind of place where you want to keep your shoes on at all time and try to keep from touching anything directly. The free breakfast consisted of cheap-o donuts and some gross looking apples. We paid $50 for this room but this is a $30 room at best, and that's being generous.

Wasn't given a room number " it's down the hallway, 2nd room on the right" To sum up cleanliness, had I'd forgotten a sock, the dirty one left under the bed, had me covered. Cigarette burns from the 90's on the bathroom counter....lovely touch.
