Review 1：Bed was uncomfortable (but then again, it wasn't home). No coffee pot in room, which is a feature I've never seen skipped in any hotel room at any price level. Black light was missing bulb, so no chance to check out the black light artwork on the walls.
Review 2：Staff was polite and courteous. No issues with reservation. Answered phone call from the room late at night with no issues. Room was clean. Linens were clean. Bathroom was clean. No issues there.

Review 4：Our connecting flight has been canceled and almost all the hotels had been occupied due to the football game. Otherwise, we would never choose this place

We had a non-smoking room; my husband was standing outside to smoke and the manager gave him a scolding because the smoke would supposedly go inside. the first day, the bed wasn't even made, you completely sank into the mattress, the sheets had dirty stains all over, not enough towels for 2 people
Review 6：The manager was somewhat rude at the beginning not so much towards the end. Plumbing was bad the sink would just stop working after a few seconds.

Review 21：Horrible. Unless you get a deal for $30/night or less, don'twaste your money. The sheets had huge bleach stains, rough towls, itjust felt grimey so we didn't even walk barefoot. According to localcab drivers it's not a great area at night. It's a good mileaway from the bus stop that goes into Fort Worth.

Review 23：the bed was very un comfortable. we had no hot water the second day and night... when we asked to have it fixed they told my partner that it would have to wait till the next day. when I went over to complain they said they would take a look at it but if it wasn't working then we would have had to move to another room. I ended up taking a luke warm shower. not good. there was no coffee machine in the room. didn't get good attitude when i asked for clean towels, there wasn't a place that was knee high to place my large suit case. I had to get things out of it from floor level, the weather was very hot and I expected a pool but the pool was covered and broken according to motel employees. out experience at your motel was very bad. sorry...

Review 25：Unfriendly staff, horrible beds, bad location, black light in room???,Scary, people screaming in the middle of the night. Couldn't get arefund had to pay for the first night despite the fact the hotel wasadvertised as three star and wasn't even a one star. Was on a budget& couldn't afford a different hotel cause my money went to payfor that room. I don't know what kind of hotel it was but a Ft.Worth policeman said, "You're staying in that hotel!" Wentto Ft. Worth to see a Gospel concert not stay in a sleazy sex hotel!! Iwill never trust what I see advertised on the Internet for hotels again.Shame on you for advertising this hotel as a three star!!!!
