Review 1：The cockroaches. The rude staff. The fact that someone walked into my room and tried to rob me. The bedsheets smelled like stale cigarettes. The mini fridge was dirty and didn't keep anything cold. I was charged more than my quoted price and when I asked why the rude front desk guy basically called me a dumb girl and said you think you can get it cheaper go ahead and try. Very rude! Very dirty! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've believe I was bit by bedbugs because I have small bites all over my arms hands and toes.

Review 8：Pretty cheep hotel, good place to stay for like 1 maybe 2 nights and its a good place to stay at if your going to a concert or event at PNC Music Pavilion (Previously called the 'Verizon Wireless Amphitheater'), only 5 miles away for it.

Review 14：Absolutely nothing!! Cobwebs on the light fixtures and hot water took a long time to heat up. Pillows were so flat not puffed up at all. The staff were nice though.

Review 19：Had a 2 night stay, the housekeeping staff took all my stuff from the minifridge when they made the bed on day 2. I think they thought I was a checkout. Poor communication...or a theft of my personal mini-bar? I stayed a 3rd night anyway as I had a fed -ex delivery. I gave them my cell # and requested they call me upon arrival, no call but the package was signed for and was at the desk that night. I would not recommend, this motel, unless you have less than 150 per night during race weekend, the price was reasonable considering the special event.

Review 21：Couldn't take a shower--there was no fixture, just a pipe coming out of the wall. I had to wash my feet in the sink and sponge-bathe. The door locks were fastened to the doorframe with such pathetic screws I did not feel secure. Sketchy area

Got hassled because I had a groupof friend come pick me up seeing as a flew into town and said Iwasn't allowed to have visitors. They never even came into my roomthey waited outside for my girlfriend to get ready. Very very rude staff

Review 26：The only thing we didn't like was that when we were flipping channels on the TV there was a porn channel. I know some people like that stuff but not us. It really grossed us out. If my children would have been w/ us I would have been irate. So we avoided channel 125. For future references there should be a note with the remote stating those channels do we don't happen upon the channel. Besides that we would come back to this motel.

There was agroup of people standing around the lot drinkingthat did not leave me with a good feeling. I did not feel safe there! Ispoke with staff and explained my feelings. He advised there was norefund as the room as booked over the Internet and the time had passedto cancel. He said his manager would call us the next day and never did.I will never book at or stay at Relax Inn ever again! And will adviseothers of the problem as well. Thanks for nothing. I booked over the netfor the first and the last time. People that I dealt with advised afterthe room was booked I should hav esyed elsewhere
Review 69：There was no closet, no iron, poor water pressure, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, pillows and sheets and towels are badly stained, housekeeping came and started cleaning our room but never finished. We called about 2-3 hours later and someone finally came to finish cleaning and provide "clean" bed linens and towels.

Review 71：i requested bottom floor as my other half cannot do stairs due to health reasons.... did not get bottom floor, no towels when we arrived, next day a facecloth was covered in long black hair and was hanging next to clean towels, killed a bug, they left a straight pin on the floor the whole time we were there, it was never picked up, fridge made a terrible noise... i took pictures of facecloth and bug i killed ....the drink cups that where there was from the best western and red roof not relax inn.. last year we stayed there and had no problems, this year was a nightmare.
Review 72：It was easy to get to and was only 7 miles from the races. We were there for only one night but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband has a memory loss problem and was a little rude to them, but I had told them before hand and they were very nice to him even when he was a not so nice to them.
