Review 1：Old hotel our of date, dingy towels and wash cloths.

Review 2：I did not stay once I went in the sleeping area I did not like it. It's not a bad hotel just nor my type I prefer 4 and 5 star hotels, newer from 2000 up. This hotel was old.

Review 3：The photos in the website doesn't give the really idea that the Hotel room is a very poor level in quality, cleaning, comfort with the really impression to sleep in a not cared place. We choose that Hotel because was included the breakfast which resulted to be a very basic breakfast. The price is really high comparing the level. I didn't like the idea that they could give me a better room on what they gave us. Internet wasn't working!!!

Review 4：Roaches, bathroom had trashin it from before we checked in, other ppl socks were in room, shower knobs came off or would not shut off, stains on carpet, door safety lock was broken.

Review 12：What I didn't like was that I booked for a King Studio but gotten a double instead. Overall it was still a good stay. Also that Everyone could see what you were doing on the wifi. I work at an hotel myself and when the wifi is open with no protection it actually allows others to see your information and etc. So what we did was gotten a code. It was still free just with a code. And I STRONGLY suggest that this hotel get one, due to the fact of the guest privacy.

Review 16：We traveled with our small children, so we got a two queen bed room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and the staff was really nice. They have great breakfast and you can't beat that price. We also traveled with our two dogs and knowing we could bring them with us in the hotel, makes me happy.

Review 17：The lobby was the only accurate thing about our stay. The attitude of the front desk clerk was abysmal, the sofa bed was really gross, construction on the room right next door to ours started at 7:00 am on Saturday morning (and they wouldn't stop when I asked them to), the heater made a very strange gurgling sound but if I turned it off the room was freezing. Worst stay i've ever experienced.

Review 18：1. Ants in my room... EWWWW! I set a cookie on the dresser to eat as a snack later that night and after an hour there were ants all over it. They were also inside the dresser, in my clothes!! 2. Could not access wireless. Had to go a few miles out of my way to use the WiFi at a restaurant each night. 3. Front desk clerk was less than cordial; I had to initiate conversation or good morning salutation before he would acknowledge me. 4. Air conditioner didn't want to blow cold air. 5. The door to the hotel rooms wasn't secure. It had a room key un-lock device, but it was disengaged, so anyone could enter at any time. 6. Not in an area with much around - no restaurants, shopping, etc.

Review 38：The area seemed to be in an unsafe area when we first arrived on Friday night. The doors on back side of hotel you couldn't access due to no door handles or card swipes. Hallways seemed to need updated paint and carpet. We where charged $40 for our 2 pet gerbils that we had in a cage which was also sitting in a plastic box that where never removed.

Review 39：The price! We loved the cleanliness of the room, the comfy beds and especially the pillows! The awesome working a/c. The swimming pool was very nice. The use of computers and printers in main lobby to print my amusement park tickets in advance was a real plus! Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly, helpful and area was very clean. We would stay at your place again the next time we want to go to Hurricane Harbor in Arlington.

Review 40：Bar was closed for remodeling, not mentioned when we called. Upon asking about the shuttle service a month prior to travel, it was never mentioned that they didn't run on Sundays. Phones in the room didn't work and when I went to the office to tell them about it, they said they would get someone to fix it. No one ever came.

Review 41：The A/C was not on and it was 86 degrees in my room when I checked in around 6pm. I was a little annoyed that it was not preset to a decent temperature before I walked in. Also, the WiFi could be a little weak at times, but mostly was ok.

Review 42：The breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and refreshed daily. It is most definitely the best place to stay on the East side of Fort Worth. I had my wedding guests stay there when I got married and when visiting I stayed there for that reason. Honestly I do not trust the other two decent hotels in East Fort Worth. This location seems to be trying to upgrade what is an old property.

Review 82：Building overall needs some updating. There are way to many stairs without the option of an elevator. Carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced and some of the outside doors key scanners do not work.

Review 95：The walls were thin, I could hear the people next door, and there were noisy teenagers running and laughing in the halls until late. Also, I paid for a nonsmoking room but the cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming, I didn't get "nose blind" to it at all, it woke me up several times during the night. I couldn't switch rooms because they were booked, and when I checked out and told the front desk about the smell in the room, they said they had been getting other complaints about smoking in other nonsmoking rooms lately, and they just shrugged it off. Breakfast was so so, the coffee was horrid.

The first night was the rate quoted by booking.com, and the second two nights were higher. Also, people should know that this hotel is quite old, and the furnishings are a bit rundown. Review 111：The service was TERRIBLE!!!! The night manager is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. We had a late check in and the doors were already locked and he acted like it was such a hassle for him to come let us in and look for our reservation. It was an awful experience!

Fix dripping from overhead by entrance door to the detached rooms.

Review 115：Staff Friendly and accommodating. Shuttle to take you to Will Rogers. We had one vehicle for 4 people. Some had to be there very early the others could take the shuttle later. With soda machines out the driver personally drove one in our group to gas station to purchase soda and chips! Daily newspaper free of charge. Sorry I forgot her name but the registration clerk with the loooong fingernails was sweet enough to let me photograph them!

Review 116：was told by the bar tender that the complementary drink had to be requested before 6 pm i was at the bar around 7 pm the pool table was dark-above lighting was not working-pool sticks not good sofa bed-old,mattress too small and worn called for help spring action jammed for pulling out and pushing in found ticks in bathroom room too cold termastate not working some of the wall lights were not working-unable to work with laptop due to poor and or no lighting the hotel van was not handicap accessable- too high called for pick up from downtown back to hotel waited over an hour- called several times for status on pick up was told driver was looking for people lost at the stock yard-- had to get a taxi to get back to the hotel=was told by front desk driver busy with stockyard when we got to the hotel driver was out front and said he was never told that we needed to be picked up at the spot he left us. would not us this hotel again

Review 117：i liked the location great staff great breakfast- plenty to eat very peaceful surroundings-people very pleasant kept my room even though we arrived 45 mins late to check in made sure i had two queen and one sofa bed - very happy every one had their own bed to sleep on ;)
