Review 2：We were happy with all aspects of our stay - clean room, extra wide comfortable mattresses, pleasant stay, helpful staff, good choice for breakfast. Lovely spa facilities. WiFi

Review 6：The spa facilities were really good. The location is only a short ride away from the central bus station - even faster if you take a cab driver who knows the way. Room was clean, warm, smelled nice. Same goes for the bathroom. Price was reasonable. Quiet room.

Review 13：Generally the hotel must be considered a 3 star. Small rooms.Old/used equipment difficult to be/look cleaned.Air conditioner not working.Water heater and coffee/tea set is not a replacement for room service.The refrigerator was old and noisy and we had to turn it off in the middle of the night.The bathrobes were both small size and it was not so easy to be supplied one large one. The spa was disproportionate to the hotel's size and spread in 2 floors.We were lucky the hotel was not even half full and had no queues in front of the small single rooms of the free procedures.The pool's massage pumps were activated by buttons(3 minute cycle) that needed you to get out of the water to press them.There is only one entry point to the pool and the steps layout is dangerous for older people.The outdoor pool's water was dirty (you could see many dead insects and other materials, lying in the bottom)The spa looked dirty and in some places (tiles) it even had mold. The restaurant was also dirty ( the equipment ,the serving plates and the floor). Very few waiters during breakfast and many messy tables. The "pet hotel" is a joke : 3 metal boxes outdoors (under the sky) if you wanted to torture your pet under the supervision of the gate keeper which is not there all the time (they use a camera and an electrically operated gate during the day) . In front of the hotel passes the railroad and a bus stop is 7-8 meters away from your room (if you have a front room)

Review 43：In the hotel restaurant (the hotel is not centrally located so no near restaurants you can walk to) there were no no-meat dishes except for salads. You need to tell to the employee at the SPA reception if you want a female or male employee to massage you. Otherwise they won’t necessary ask (unless they changed their policy).

Can’t really compline about anything big. Maybe one should bring warm clothing and walk in the nature when visiting Velingrad in the winter because the city center can’t offer a lot.

Review 54：A very clean and pleasant hotel with a very polite and helpful staff. It is located a bit outside the centre of Velingrad, however the area around the hotel is very quiet and beautiful. The heating/air-conditioning in the rooms is very efficient. Very nice breakfast with coffee of a surprisingly good quality (something rare at most Bulgarian hotels). Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Review 120：We were not pleased with the vegetarian menu we had ordered. The waiter was not really helpfull and we got a dish that had the exact ingredients of the salad... Should not happen in a 5stars hotel. Prices at the pool bar are exagerate. We also had a negative experience at the variete bar. A waiter marked a drink by his mistake on our room bill and refused to cancel it, even when we tried to bring it back without opening the can. Not really professional waiters.
