Review 1：Other noisy patrons coming in at all times of the night. Saturday night someone banged on one of the doors around us, and 2 people were arguing loudly. Then went outside and argued. :(

Review 2：Our check-in was super fast! The room was clean and adequate.

Review 3：Your online price was lower than actual price. Was not clear online that weekend prices were higher. It still quoted me the special of $49,however I ended up paying $79 out the door. Wasn't thrilled.

Review 15：This hotel charge my card "TWICE" for a one day stay. Theycontinued to charge for the same "one day stay" for three daysafter I checkout of the hotel."WARNING" Do not give this hotel your Credit Card or Debit Card. And they never answer their phone when you call back, after you leave.

Review 18：The room was dirty. The room needed to be vacuumed, the cupboards had food left in them, the sink was dirty, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and the cupboards were sticky and gross. I went to open a drawer it was sticky. I looked around and noticed that something had spilled down several of the cabinet fronts that hadn't been cleaned up in a while (it was stuck on). Towels and linens smelled clean though.

Review 26：Not enough chairs in the room. Only one hard one and table and chairs at the kitchen were poor. Small TV for the size of the room. No TV in the 2nd bedroom. Thin towels and decor needs some work. Poor kitchen tools. No paper towels, no toaster, etc.

Review 28：The room smelled so bad we had to keep the windows open even though it was freezing! Booking wouldn't allow a refund for the remainder of our days. The Inn wouldn't move us to another room.

Floor had multiple stains. Room has needed an update for at least 30 yrs. Bed uncomfortable. When we approached the staff to tell them we were checking out, they didn't even offer us another room!

Review 38：Although we asked for a non smoking room, ours smelled really bad, we had to open the windows to let fresh air in, it smelled like somebody smoked in it, and then tried to cover the smell with ambiental deodorant! After a while we get acostumed to the bad smell. That was our only complaint.

Review 40：The room is value for money. However, I was surprise that the three rooms in the suite doesn't have any doors. I woke several times when I was sleeping as the kids' tv channel was a bit too loud. The wi-fi needs to be upgraded because we didn't really get good connections. Still, it is a convenient place to crash in for the night, but just makes me wonder whether are there better options out there.

Review 41：The check-in and check-out was fast and efficient. We left North Vancouver at 4am in the morning and reach Spokane about 3pm. As the only driver in the car with four small children, I just want a place that I could rest before continuing the journey the next morning.

Review 42：Ants in the bed. Filthy carpet. No coffee pot in the room. Not a complete free breakfast like other hotels offer. While the carpet was vacuumed well, it was very dirty and needs steam cleaning badly.

Review 44：The scent of the cleaning materials was awful. The room was clean but the carpet was gross. There is not enough insulation in the walls and ceiling and you are awakend by any movement in the other rooms. There was not enough kitchen utensils.

Review 46：Non smoking room was heavily deodorized to hide the odors of smoking. The air conditioner unit made noise, but was nonfunctional. To be fair, I did not ask for a room change or notify staff since I checked in late and left before 6:00am.

It is located across the street from a supermarket and has a full size fridge for keeping milk and snacks as well as a table and chairs for eating. We just made quick overnight stays but it would be ideal for someone needing temporary housing with house hunting etc. The full kitchen was clean and well equipped including having a dishwasher..
